Profile

Son of Captain Morgan, the commanding officer of the Shells Town Marine Base. Wears a perpetually-quirked sneer, blonde bowl-cut, formal dark uniform with brass buttons and a tall collar. Uses his father’s rank to terrorize the townspeople — including ordering Marines to throw a child over a fence (page 14). Will later, post-arc, undergo a significant character revision (joins the Marines as a recruit alongside Koby) — but that’s downstream of this chapter.
