Profile
Marine base at Shells Town. Distinctive black-and-white striped command tower with a “MARINE” placard at its peak. Enclosed courtyard inside heavy stone walls; gate displays the Marine emblem (a stylized seagull head atop crossed anchor/blades) and the Japanese kanji “海軍” (Navy). Currently commanded by Captain Morgan; his son Helmeppo functions as de facto authority. The courtyard contains a wooden cross-post used to publicly bind prisoners (Zoro is tied to it for nine days at chapter 3’s opening).
