Queen recreated all of Germa’s science; Sanji’s exoskeleton developed
Queen reveals he has independently researched and recreated all of Germa’s science and can replicate the Vinsmoke brothers’ signature moves and eye-beams (pp. 5–7). He frames Germa’s strength as bodily tech: “Judge’s sons are like the amalgamation of all of his scientific tech.” Confirms Sanji ’s dormant modification activating — exoskeleton developed (p. 13). Ch. 931 —
Stealth Black, the No. 3 raid suit, in action (Wano)
Bystanders identify Sanji ’s suit as belonging to “the No. 3 member of the Army of Evil, Germa 66” — i.e. Stealth Black , the Sora, Warrior of the Sea vanish (project the background over his body so he can’t be seen against it). The first on-page use of a Germa Raid Suit Sanji , whose capabilities are diagrammed: invisibility, a cape that doubles as a shield, heel accelerators, and float devices in the soles (pp. 4, 7-8). Ch. 904 p. 2 —
Germa booted out of the World Government
Revolutionary/Newkama word-of-mouth fallout from Whole Cake Island: “this incident got Germa booted out of the World Government ” — confirming Germa 66 lost its WG member-state standing (and therefore its Reverie seat, cf. the landless seat noted @0826/@0839). Ch. 903 —
the WG re-attaches the Vinsmoke name to Sanji’s bounty poster
The World Government / Marines print Sanji ’s wanted poster as “Vinsmoke Sanji ” (bounty 330,000,000, raised “because of Germa’s infamy”), publicly re-attaching the Vinsmoke name to him despite his renouncement (pp. 4–5). Ch. 898 —
the Germa 66 fleet bombards Cacao Île to cover the Straw Hats’ escape
The Germa 66 fleet (ships marked “GERMA 66”) sails into Cacao Île and bombards the Big Mom Pirates to cover the Straw Hats’ escape, though “our partnership was only temporary” (pp. 4–6). Establishes that Germa’s soldiers survived Nusstorte ’s 10,000-man army because they were “augmented with steel skin” / “scientific power” (p. 3). The Vinsmokes’ parting line — “Now run!!! Don’t ever come back here!!! Germa!!!” (p. 16) — and the chapter’s title-drop vow (“I will return”) frame Germa’s resolve to reclaim its kingdom. the Germa 66 fleet returns for payback at Cacao Island
The Germa fleet — thought “annihilated just hours ago” — sails into Cacao Island ’s harbor and bombards the Big Mom Pirates “to enact some payback of our own” for the tea-party betrayal (pp. 16-17), confirming the Vinsmoke army survived Big Mom ’s wedding massacre and is now acting against her. flameproof “memory armor”; the four siblings’ colored attacks named
Germa’s raid-suit armor is shown to be flameproof “memory” metal (p. 8 — an onlooker: “So that’s what their ‘memory armor’ looks like! And flameproof, to boot!” ), underscoring why Big Mom covets Germa’s science through the Vinsmoke marriage. Germa engineers its soldiers by altering “manipulated bloodline elements,” producing emotion-stripped, superhuman fighters with resilient, regenerative skin (p. 2, 11-12). Judge applied the modification to his four sons before birth; their mother Sora Sanji emotionally human — “Germa’s failure” (pp. 10-13). the wedding’s true purpose: seize Germa’s clone army + science (then kill the family)
Pudding exposes Big Mom ’s real motive for the Vinsmoke –Charlotte marriage: she wants Germa 66’s “army of clone soldiers” and the family’s “scientific power ,” and intends to assassinate the whole Vinsmoke line at the wedding to take it; the “entire Germa Kingdom” is moored in Totto Land ’s waters (pp. 16-17). Ch. 844 —
Germa soldiers escort Sanji and affirm his Vinsmoke blood
Germa 66 soldiers (helmets marked “66 ”) and a “66 ”-emblazoned carriage escort Sanji during and after his confrontation with Luffy ; watching him fight, they affirm his “Vinsmoke blood ” and “incredible battle prowess” (p. 12), tying the army directly to the Vinsmoke bloodline.
Ch. 842 —
Germa departs for the gift exchange at Whole Cake Chateau
Germa prepares to leave for the gift exchange at Whole Cake Chateau ; the patriarch Judge orders, “inform my children ” (p. 7), and Sanji is escorted out in a giant cat-homie carriage marked “66 ” (p. 10).
Ch. 841 —
Germa shown as a seafaring war-nation invading the East Blue; the army named on-page
The childhood flashback shows Germa as a seafaring military nation that climbs the Red Line to wage war across the seas: “We’re going to fight a few wars in the East Blue” / “Now beginning travel… in the direction of the East Blue!!” (p.9). It invades the Kingdom of Kojia in the East Blue (“Bring down Kojia!!!”, “We’ve made landfall!!!”), and the attacking army is named on-page : “It’s Germa 66 !!!” (pp.10-11). Reiju confirms the royal children are bio-augmented (“They successfully augmented my body too”, p.8; the brothers’ “superhuman” progress, p.3). Ch. 839 —
the kingdom’s mercenary doctrine restated; the vat-grown clone army revealed
Inside the Germa castle, Judge restates the doctrine: Germa is “still a member state of the World Government ” with a right to attend the Reverie (p. 2-3), having abandoned its old “policy of suppression” to sell its military strength as mercenaries (“whoever pays us more gets to win,” p. 2-3). Its hire in a “war-torn” kingdom (VIZ “Brock Collie” / Broc Coli) is tied to “the fall of Doflamingo ’s rule” — the post-Dressrosa underworld-weapons vacuum (p. 2). Most importantly, Germa’s army is mass-produced clone soldiers grown in vats (“Type-MB/MST/MH” units, replenished by the hundreds, p. 16-17) — shown behind a door the Vinsmoke children “were never allowed in,” when Yonji leads Sanji inside. Ch. 833 —
the Germa Kingdom, its soldiers, and generalissimo Judge in action
The chapter “Vinsmoke Judge” stages a duel in the Kingdom of Germa raid suits , and the generalissimo Vinsmoke Judge carry Vinsmoke blood — “the true backbone of Germa’s might.” Germa’s stated aim: ally with Big Mom to conquer the North Blue and reclaim its lost empire. Ch. 832 pp. 13–18 —
Germa the NATION shown; its patriarch named
Germa 66 is shown to be a kingdom made of dozens of warships that move independently and lock together into the shape of a nation — “the only seafaring country without its own land,” “THE KINGDOM OF GERMA” (pp.13–16; admitted through the Lake Aprico checkpoint, p.14). Ruled by the Vinsmoke , which “conquered the North Blue with military might in the distant past”; a war-portrait commemorates “the conquest of four nations… the vanquished four kings of the North Blue all at once” (p.16). A Germa war-army razes Brock Collie Island two-year war for payment. Raid-suited clone soldiers level the country; a curly-browed blond commander coldly collects the fee. The saved nation hails Germa — chanting “Long live Germa 66!!!” — yet asks whether it “enlisted the help of the Devil.” p. 15 — the commander leaves for “my brother’s wedding” (“I’m not interested in your family”), tying Germa/Vinsmoke to Sanji (the unnamed brother) and confirming the warmonger reputation seeded since Ch. 815 .
