Summary
Outside Sweet City, Luffy stubbornly refuses to leave the spot where he vowed to wait for Sanji, even as Big Mom’s wrath whips the sea into storms (she can control the weather) and the “forces of rage” — Master Cracker’s army of vengeance, led by officers Bobbin, Amande, and Montd’or — march out to wipe him out. Nami refuses to eat a syrup-homie, insisting she’ll only ever eat Sanji’s cooking. At Whole Cake Chateau, Big Mom welcomes Germa 66 (Judge and Reiju) for the eve of the political marriage between Sanji and Charlotte Pudding, while her food-homies and youngest children swirl around her. In Pudding’s room near midnight, Pudding tearfully reveals the exploding bracelets that trap escape-prone wedding partners, and Sanji — having spotted that resisting will doom Zeff, his crew, and Pudding’s people — declares his adventure ends here and he won’t resist. Pudding, who has come to see Sanji as her “salvation,” resolves to make their marriage anything but hell and tells him: tomorrow, let’s get married.
