Summary
At Chocolat Town on Cacao Island, the Sanji-retrieval team (Luffy, Nami, Chopper, Brook, Pedro, Carrot) sits down with Charlotte Pudding, the pink-haired pastry-cook girl who is to marry Sanji — Big Mom’s 35th daughter, shown on-page for the first time. Pudding lays out the staggering scale of the Charlotte family (43 husbands, 85 children, 129 members) and explains that Big Mom weaponizes her children’s marriages to grow her crew; the siblings can only submit or flee. Pudding recounts meeting Sanji once and falling for him, then — over Pedro’s objection that she’ll report them — gives the crew a secret sibling-only route to Whole Cake Island, where the wedding will happen in three days. As the team resupplies, they discover Pekoms has vanished and left (or someone left) a “TURN BACK” warning; Luffy decides they go forward anyway. The chapter cuts to Brock Collie Island, where the mercenary army Germa 66 — shown for the first time — annihilates a country in a two-year war, its curly-browed commander icily collecting payment and leaving to attend “my brother’s wedding,” cementing that Sanji is a Vinsmoke.

Open questions raised
- Who abducted (or warned off) Pekoms, and who wrote “TURN BACK”?
- Is Pudding’s love for Sanji genuine, or is the smitten “saint” persona a front? (p. 10 aside.)
- How many of Sanji’s Vinsmoke siblings front Germa 66, and which one is the Brock Collie commander?
- Is Pudding’s “older sister who ran off to sea” the runaway whose vivre card Nami already carries?
