Summary
At the Kamabakka Queendom on Peachy Island — the Revolutionary Army’s new council site after losing Baltigo — Newkama and Revolutionary officers buzz about the Whole Cake Island fallout (Germa 66 ejected from the World Government, “the Vinsmoke prince” Sanji, Luffy’s “Fifth Emperor” headline) while Chief-of-Staff Sabo keeps the assembly waiting. Sabo states the army’s purpose plainly: at the upcoming Reverie, “it’s finally time” to declare war on the Celestial Dragons. The scene cuts to Port Town in the Lullucia Kingdom, where the Peachbeard Pirates — operating in Blackbeard’s name — extort “heavenly tribute” from a defenseless town whose king and soldiers are away at the Reverie. Four of the Revolutionary Army’s commanders happen to converge there and rout the pirates: Belo Betty (East) rallies the townsfolk with her banner and Pump-Pump Fruit, Morley (West) erupts from the soft-clay ground, Karasu (North) strips the pirates of their swords with crows, and Lindbergh (South) freezes their guns with an invented “Cool Shooter.” They hand the liberated town Peachbeard’s bounty and a way to contact the Revolutionaries, then depart for the council. Narration closes: the world’s players’ schemes begin to intertwine, two days before the Reverie.
