Commander of the Big Mom Pirates force that razed the Germa Kingdom during the Whole Cake Island fallout. Reports by snail from “Germa’s ship” that the Vinsmokes’ country is “crushed by the might of 10,000,” but the assault deliberately spared the clone-production system on Big Mom’s orders.

Whole Cake Island — reports the Germa fleet’s reappearance (Ch. 898)
- Captioned “12th Son of Charlotte — Nusstorte” (p. 4). Reports in alarm that Germa 66 — which his army was said to have eliminated — has reappeared at Cacao Île; radios his fellow commanders (“Brother Nusstorte!! Bassquarte!! Dosmarche!!”). Establishes that his 10,000-man army had supposedly “conquered” Germa Kingdom (p. 3).
Whole Cake Island — razes the Germa Kingdom (Ch. 882)
- Debut. Reports by Den-Den-Mushi from “Germa’s ship” (p. 15) that the Germa Kingdom is “crushed by the might of 10,000” — but the raid deliberately spared the clone-production system on Big Mom’s orders: “Not to worry! That was the whole point of this, after all!! You’d better not have destroyed their clone-production system too…” (pp. 16-17). - States the Straw Hats slipped away “due west” and that recapture is “only a matter of time,” then orders the ship moving (p. 17). His snail report is overheard by Bege aboard the Nostra Castello.

- Etymology flag : “Nusstorte” = German “nut tart” — fits the Charlotte / Big Mom confectionery naming theme (hence the inferred but unconfirmed Charlotte-family link).
