Summary

On the southwest coast of Whole Cake Island, the Sanji-retrieval team (Luffy, Nami, Chopper, Carrot, Brook) is trapped in the living, talking forest known as the Seducing Woods — every tree, flower, and patch of ground is animate and “plays” them in circles so they keep returning to the same spot, hounded by the Big Mom Pirates cranerider Randolph. The forest’s manipulator reveals herself as Charlotte Brulee, 8th daughter of Charlotte, a scarred sadist who wants to tear the beautiful Nami and Carrot “to shreds.” The scene cuts to Lake Aprico behind Whole Cake Chateau, where a fleet of “66”-marked ships is admitted as a “Germa ship” and locks together into the castle-nation of Germa — the landless seafaring kingdom ruled by the Vinsmoke, who conquered the North Blue. Inside, Sanji sits estranged from his elder sister, insists he cut family ties 13 years ago, refuses the arranged marriage to Pudding, and is confronted — and punched — by his father, Vinsmoke Judge, King and Generalissimo of Germa.
