- Firsts
- Charlotte Perospero spells out that the entire Big Mom Pirates' survival now hinges on a single variable — whether Sanji's wedding cake tastes good enough to satisfy Big Mom's craving: ONE, the poison kills her (the end of the crew); TWO, the poison fails but the cake tastes bad (her rampage continues, their destruction); THREE, the poison fails but the cake tastes good (the only outcome they survive).
- Big Mom's craving rampage is devastating her own nation: she has leveled Nuts Island, and her own subjects across Totto Land are fleeing and openly questioning the value of living under an Emperor's 'protection.'
- Charlotte Chiffon holds the title Minister of Fluff and governs Fluffy Island; she deliberately brought the poison cake into her own jurisdiction because she believes in Sanji's recipe — praising Black-Leg's cooking as greater even than head chef Streusen's.
- Big News Morgans and Stussy slipped off the island earlier; the Big Mom Pirates scramble to seize the newsie before the WCI fiasco leaks out of the country.
- Capone Bege's ship-fortress, the Nostra Castello, is destroyed.
- Germa 66 stays behind to provide covering fire for the Straw Hats' escape; Vinsmoke Judge denounces Sanji as 'the failure of Germa' — but every 'flaw' he names is one of Sanji's virtues, which the crew gleefully notes is just a list of Sanji's best qualities.
- The fleeing Sunny is re-encircled by a fleet that swung around the island — and rescued by the arrival of the Sun Pirates (Jinbe's former crew), with the giant fish-man Wadatsumi smashing the enemy ships; they 'came to see off Captain Jinbe.'

Summary
Across Totto Land, the Big Mom Pirates coordinate by Den Den Mushi in panic: Tamago tracks Big Mom at sea, Bavarois and Mont-d’Or relay the chaos, and Perospero — collapsing from wounds he has ignored too long — lays out the crew’s fate in three outcomes, all riding on the flavor of the wedding cake Bege and Chiffon have abandoned to the sea. As Big Mom rampages island to island in her craving fit (having already leveled Nuts Island), her own terrified subjects flee, and Chiffon — Minister of Fluff — gambles by bringing the cake to her own Fluffy Island, trusting Sanji’s recipe over even head chef Streusen. Off the coast of Cacao Island, the Thousand Sunny crew reunite with a battered Luffy and a shot Sanji; Chopper tends their wounds while Jinbe pilots the escape under fire. Germa 66 covers their retreat, and Judge hurls a denunciation of Sanji as “the failure of Germa” that is, item by item, a catalog of Sanji’s virtues — leaving Judge demanding Luffy answer what Sanji means to him. Then a fresh fleet swings around the island and re-traps the Sunny fore and aft — until the sea bulges upward and the giant Wadatsumi erupts, and the Sun Pirates arrive to “see off” their former captain Jinbe and break the encirclement.
New reveals
- Perospero’s three-outcomes calculus: the Big Mom Pirates’ survival depends entirely on whether Sanji’s cake tastes good enough to sate Big Mom — poison-kills-her / fails-and-tastes-bad / fails-and-tastes-good, the last being the only survivable result (p. 3).
- Big Mom’s craving rampage is eating her own empire — Nuts Island leveled, islands evacuating, subjects disillusioned that an Emperor’s territory was ever “safe” (pp. 4–7).
- Chiffon is Minister of Fluff and governs Fluffy Island, and chose to bring the cake there because she believes in Sanji’s recipe — rating Black-Leg’s cooking above head chef Streusen’s (p. 6).
- Morgans and Stussy fled earlier; the crew wants the newsie silenced before the news leaves the country (pp. 4–5).
- The Nostra Castello is destroyed (p. 7).
- Germa 66 provides the Straw Hats’ covering fire; Judge’s “Sanji is Germa’s failure” speech is, line for line, praise — and he demands Luffy’s answer (pp. 9–12).
- The Sun Pirates arrive, led with the giant Wadatsumi, to see off former captain Jinbe and shatter the encircling fleet (pp. 14–17).

Open questions raised
- Will Big Mom eat the cake — and does it taste good enough to satisfy her (Perospero’s outcome THREE)?
- How far will Morgans run the story, and what will the world make of the Straw Hats’ assault on an Emperor’s wedding?
- Why does Judge truly stay behind to cover the escape — and what answer does he want from Luffy about Sanji?
- How did Wadatsumi and the Sun Pirates come to be here, and what is their plan to break Big Mom’s encirclement?
