• Covers Sanji’s escape from Cacao Island — ”…I’m not going to stand by while you shoot… at my little brother!!!” — and fires Pink Hornet to mow down the pursuing Big Mom Pirates (SHOWN p. 16).

Whole Cake Island — cries out as Judge is blasted down (Ch. 871)

• Among the Vinsmoke children crying out as Judge is blasted down by Big Mom’s thunder and the family is separated, “so close” to escaping (p. 12).

Whole Cake Island — covers the escape; takes a hit (Ch. 870)

• Frames the Vinsmokes’ rear-guard for the alliance as “their means… of making amends… from a failure” (p. 12).

• Saved by Sanji from a homie-gun amid the tea-party chaos (p. 6); declares “there is still a conscience to be found in our bloodline… I feel like my heart has been redeemed at last!!” (pp. 6-7) — the redemption beat for the Vinsmoke line, sealed by Sanji’s kindness.

Whole Cake Island — the trap springs; “you carved the emotion out of your sons” (Ch. 864)

• Resigned (“There’s no hope for us… it’s too late to complain now, Father”), she tells Judge he carved the emotion out of his own sons — “they don’t even feel human to me… even their own deaths won’t get a reaction from them” (pp. 12-13). Whole Cake Island — worries about Sanji on the wedding morning (Ch. 860)

• Returns to the Chateau after “partying all night”; deflects her brothers and worries privately about Sanji — “What’s he thinking?! Sanji knows what’s going to happen to all of us!!!” (p. 6). She alone among the siblings seems aware of the danger.

Whole Cake Island (Ch. 853) — meets Luffy; relays the trap — on-page as “Sanji’s sister”

• Encounters a battered, starving Luffy in the Chateau (on-page named only “Sanji’s sister”; canonical Vinsmoke Reiju). Tells him Sanji knows Pudding has been lying, that Sanji was worried about hostages befalling Baratie/the East Blue and his crew, and that he tried to get them off the island (pp. 13–15).

Whole Cake Island (Ch. 852) — the truth in the medical room; the bracelet swap

• Recovering in a Whole Cake Chateau medical room (Germa’s regenerative skin); visits Sanji and reveals his memories were tampered with (pp. 2-3). See Sanji’s Replaced Memories.
• Exposes Big Mom’s true plan: the tea-party wedding is cover to slaughter the whole Vinsmoke Family rather than marry them off; Pudding is complicit (p. 8). Reiju had been “sniffing around after Pudding” and found her “too good to be true.”
• Narrates the family origin and their mother Sora’s self-sacrifice: Sora poisoned herself to halt the Germa modification, leaving Sanji with human emotions — “Germa’s failure,” but “kinder and gentler than anyone” (pp. 10-13).

Whole Cake Island (Ch. 851) — shot and memory-wiped by Pudding

• Revealed as the wounded, cloaked woman from Ch. 849: shot by Pudding (Pudding warns she must not “die of blood loss,” p. 12) after witnessing Pudding’s true cruel nature.
• Pudding uses the Memo Memo no Mi to cut out Reiju’s memory of seeing her real face and implant a fake “hit by a stray bullet” memory; Reiju is then sent to the medical room (pp. 12-13). Whole Cake Island (Ch. 850) — in Pudding’s room

• Present in Pudding’s room at Whole Cake Chateau; Sanji, reaching the veranda window, is shocked to see his sister there (p. 13). Pudding drops her sweet-bride act in front of Reiju and exposes the wedding-assassination plot against the Vinsmoke (pp. 13-17). See Charlotte Pudding’s Hidden Third Eye.

Whole Cake Island — arrives at the wedding banquet with Germa 66 (Ch. 845)

• Arrives at Whole Cake Chateau alongside her father Judge as part of the Germa 66 party for Sanji’s wedding to Pudding (p. 8).
• SBS (p. 18): the six “66” symbols on her legs are confirmed to be tattoos, not patterned tights. (technique/sbs-leak — cross-link the archived SBS Volume 85.)

Whole Cake Island (Ch. 842) — treats Sanji; the marriage custom

• Treats Sanji’s beaten face (a cold pack that suppresses swelling, “so your fiancée won’t see a hideous beaten face”) and explains the Charlotte marriage custom — Sanji will be the in-marrying son-in-law (p. 8). Whole Cake Island — flashback & present (Ch. 841)

• The compassionate Vinsmoke. “They successfully augmented my body too… but that’s one area where I’m different from them. They have no emotions like pity or sympathy or sadness” (p.8) — she retained emotion, like Sanji. See Germa Soldiers Lack Emotion Reiju And Sanji Exceptions.
• Aids Sanji’s escape. In the flashback she helps the imprisoned child slip away during the Kojia/East-Blue landfall (“Don’t assume that I’m on your side!”, p.8; “Step back”, pp.10-11).
• Present: treats the bloodied Sanji and questions his return — “And this is how you’ll present yourself to your fiancée?… So why did you come back?” (p.15).

Whole Cake Island — the depot tour; the Germa-science exposition (Ch. 840)

• Walks Sanji through Germa 66’s clone-soldier depot, explaining the family science: in his youth Vegapunk discovered Bloodline Elements (“the blueprints of life,” “very nearly a step into the realm of godhood”), which the Vinsmoke patriarch used to grow Germa’s vat-born army and engineer the children’s exoskeletons (p. 3-6). • The only sympathetic sibling: protests Niji’s beating of the cook Cosette. Carries the curly Vinsmoke eyebrow.

Whole Cake Island — watches the Sanji-vs-Judge duel (Ch. 833)

• Sanji’s pink-haired elder sister watches the duel and questions Sanji about his estrangement — “Is a birth father really that special…? You don’t have a single good memory of him, do you?”; “You’re the same Sanji I remember.” The only Vinsmoke shown treating Sanji with any warmth.
