Brock Collie Island
- Name

- Sea
- Grand Line (New World)
- Region

- Name meaning
- Brock Collie ≈ broccoli (ブロッコリー Burokkorī); the kana ブロックコリー deliberately splits the vegetable's name into a faux surname-and-given 'Brock Collie.' A food/vegetable pun in keeping with Big Mom's food-naming geography — though Broc Coli sits OUTSIDE Totto Land proper (it is the New-World country Germa 66 razes for hire), so its produce-vegetable name (vs the surrounding sweets) quietly flags it as foreign territory rather than one of Big Mom's dessert-isles.

Profile
A New World island (caption p. 14) where the mercenary army Germa 66 ends a two-year war, razing the country for hire (pp. 14–17). Raid-suited clone soldiers level the battlefield; a curly-browed blond commander coldly collects the fee. The saved nation hails Germa — chanting “Long live Germa 66!!!” — yet wonders whether it “enlisted the help of the Devil.” From here the Germa commander departs for the Charlotte–Vinsmoke wedding, calling Sanji his brother (p. 15).
Etymology
Brock Collie (ブロックコリー島 Burokku Korī-tō) ≈ broccoli (ブロッコリー Burokkorī) — the kana split the vegetable’s name into a faux surname-and-given “Brock Collie.” A food/vegetable pun, but notably a vegetable among Big Mom’s sweets: Broc Coli sits outside Totto Land proper (the New-World country Germa 66 razes for hire), so the produce name quietly marks it as foreign ground rather than one of Big Mom’s dessert-isles. Confidence: high (One Piece Wiki). VIZ on-page caption “Brock Collie Island.”
