Summary

At sea en route to Big Mom’s territory, the Thousand Sunny nearly collides with a snail-shaped warship marked “66” — the ship of Germa 66, come to meet and escort Sanji. The retrieval team (Luffy poisoned, plus Nami, Chopper, Brook, Pekoms) mistakes a cloaked man for Sanji: it is Vinsmoke Yonji (“Winch Green”), Sanji’s near-identical younger brother, who coldly refuses to help save the dying Luffy. His older sister Vinsmoke Reiju (“Poison Pink”) intervenes — she is immune to the armored-stonefish poison killing Luffy, and cures him by sucking the poison out and swallowing it. Reiju explains the Vinsmokes are a landless royal line that conquered North Blue with military science, that Germa is “the power Mama wants,” and that their father personally bumped Sanji’s bounty and made it “ONLY ALIVE” to take him intact. Pekoms hides the Straw Hat alliance; both sides agree to “pretend they saw nothing” so as not to ruin “our brother’s marriage,” and the Germa ship departs. Underwater, an unseen party confirms “Straw Hat Luffy’s on board” and discusses a plan as someone calls out “Jimbei!”
