A famous underworld “family of killers”: Ch. 814 Pekoms brands the Vinsmoke Family famous in the underworld — bluntly, “a family of killers!!!” (p. 17). Brook traces them across three seas — North Blue → East Blue → now the New World (p. 6) — and Robin half-recognizes the name. The head of the family (Sanji’s father — unnamed/unshown this chapter) arranged Sanji’s marriage to a daughter of the Emperor Big Mom, which is why Sanji left the crew. The Vinsmokes head Germa 66: Ch. 815 Pekoms reveals the Vinsmoke family “stands atop” Germa 66 — a real killer-army called “the War-Mongers” / “Double-Six.” Its boss is “Black-Leg’s old man,” i.e. Sanji’s father (p. 2). The bridegroom restated Ch. 825: aboard the Big Mom ship, Sanji is named “the bridegroom to tie the Vinsmoke and Charlotte families together” and “the son of Vinsmoke” (pp. 5–6). Germa 66 (which the Vinsmokes head) is openly cast as the propaganda villain of Sora Warrior of the Sea (pp. 2–3), and a Germa ship nears the wedding (p. 13).

Germa shown razing nations for hire Ch. 828: a Germa 66 commander (blond, curly-browed, Sanji-like) razes Brock Collie Island (pp. 14–17), ending a two-year war for payment, then departs for “my brother’s wedding” (“I’m not interested in your family,” p. 15) — confirming Sanji is a Vinsmoke brother and that the family fronts the mercenary army. Charlotte Pudding names “the Vinsmokes” as celebrating the marriage (p. 8).

Ch. 856 — three brothers drink in Sweet City; the whole family is Big Mom’s slaughter target

Three of the brothers — Ichiji, Niji, Yonji — appear at the Vinsmoke guest rooms in Sweet City, drinking and mocking Sanji as the “usefully useless brother” whose marriage lets Germa rule the North Blue again under Big Mom’s flag (pp. 5–6). Lady Reiju is held under guard in the third-floor medical room (p. 7). The family’s whole purpose at Whole Cake Island is exposed as a death-trap: per Jinbei and Sanji, Big Mom plans to slaughter the entire Vinsmoke family once the tea party begins (pp. 3, 13). Ch. 832 — the Vinsmoke patriarch named & shown

The unnamed “Black-Leg’s old man” of Ch. 814–Ch. 815 is revealed as Vinsmoke Judge, King of Germa and Germa 66 Generalissimo (p.18, “The Garuda”). Sanji’s elder sister appears (unnamed this chapter — do NOT pre-name as Reiju in 0832); sibling Vinsmoke Yonji is name-dropped (p.19, “Did you do something to Yonji?”). The family is shown to head the now-depicted Germa 66 locking-warship nation and to have “conquered the North Blue” — a war-portrait commemorates vanquishing four North-Blue kings at once (p.16). Sanji insists he “cut my family ties… 13 years ago” and refuses the arranged marriage to Pudding (pp.16–17); Judge endorses the marriage and punches Sanji (pp.17–19). Ch. 839 — the family at table; the marriage coerced; Germa’s clone army

The chapter shows the Vinsmoke family ruling Germa 66 from the inside: Judge brokers Sanji’s political marriage to Charlotte Pudding to ally with Big Mom (lunch “today,” ceremony “tomorrow”), and uses Zeff’s life and Sanji’s friends as leverage (p. 11-12). The brothers Ichiji, Niji, and Yonji are shown as cruel — treating servants as “inhuman objects” (Sanji’s words, p. 9); Niji strikes and later beats head chef Cosette unconscious (pp. 6, 15). Sanji’s ideals (defending the cook, never wasting food) are explicitly framed as antithetical to the family’s. Ch. 840 — the full sibling line; the failed son; the dead matriarch

The full Vinsmoke sibling line is on-page — eldest sister Reiju (“0”) and brothers Ichiji (“1”), Niji (“2”), Yonji (“4”), with Sanji the third son (“3”) — all carrying the curly-eyebrow lineage marker (see Sanji Curly Eyebrow Vinsmoke Marker, Sanji - name foreshadows Vinsmoke third-son birth-order reveal). The patriarch Judge runs Germa as a “nation of science,” building its clone army on Vegapunk’s bloodline-elements science; the siblings were genetically enhanced, but Sanji’s modification failed — born “nothing but a human,” he was caged in an iron mask and disowned.
