Dressrosa — the plateau climb (Ch. 753)

• The one-legged Soldier (Kyros) rides with Luffy on Cavendish’s horse Farul and vows to cut a path up the steps (pp. 12–14). See the Kyros note for full beats.

Dressrosa — reverts to human; identified as Kyros (Ch. 746)

• With the toy-maker defeated, the one-legged toy soldier reverts to a human (“He’s back to being human, isn’t he?”) — revealed (via Luffy → Rebecca) to be Kyros, Rebecca’s father and the coliseum’s forgotten gladiator. Shown in toy form in flashback (p. 16).

Dressrosa — reverts to Kyros (Ch. 743)

Dressrosa — the man behind the toy: Kyros’s full story (Ch. 742)

• The full origin flashback confirms the one-legged toy soldier is Kyros the man: husband of First Princess Scarlet and father of Rebecca, who severed his own leg to attack Doflamingo in the coup and was touched by Sugar — turned into a one-legged toy and erased from everyone’s memory (“My body is now a toy,” p. 11). “No one knows my name” (p. 11).

Dressrosa — the palace Suit Chamber (Ch. 741)

• In the Suit Chamber, Palace 2F (p. 14), the toy soldier sizes up a human-sized sword — “This sword is the perfect size. I can use this if I get turned back into a human…” A guard reports a Kyros-lookalike “sighted on the first floor”; the soldier notes “there’s someone else who looks like me in the palace!” The chapter then enters his memory: the Kyros origin flashback — i.e. the toy soldier IS Kyros.

Dressrosa — revealed as Kyros (Ch. 739)

• The Tontatta dwarves call him “the Captain”; Leo reveals he is Kyros, “da gweatest gladiator in da history of da Coliseum,” and the first person Sugar turned into a toy ten years ago — Sugar’s forgotten “contract” is why he alone kept his will (pp. 18–19). Pays off The Forgotten Legend of Kyros.
• Rushes the palace plateau and fights Lao G; the Tontatta dwarves swarm Lao G to give the Captain an opening (p. 16). Flashback argument with Rebecca over the tournament (pp. 10–12).

Dressrosa — Operation S.O.P. & the lift (Ch. 733)

• Revealed as the captain of the Tontatta dwarf strike force; he has split off with select dwarves to strike Doflamingo at the palace the moment Operation S.O.P. succeeds (p. 7).
• Seizes the inter-level lift connecting the Palace, House of Toys, and Trading Port — “Surrender! I control the lift now!!!” — dropping every guard “too slow” to react (pp. 12–14).
• States his cause on-page: “I’m taking Dressrosa back for the Riku Dynasty!!! …And I’ll give my life to make it happen!! I want a peaceful country… where my child can live in happiness!!!” and, in thought to Rebecca, “Forgive me, Rebecca!! …your poor, clumsy father…” (p. 17). See The Forgotten Legend of Kyros.

Dressrosa — unveils Operation S.O.P. (Ch. 731)

• As leader of the Riku Army resistance, lays out Operation Dressrosa S.O.P. at the Flower-Field HQ (pp. 5–11): infiltrate the subterranean world via the year-long secret tunnel, free the toy/Tontatta laborers, destroy the black-market facilities, restore the throne to King Riku, and end the Doflamingo Family. Names Sugar (the Hobby-Hobby Fruit officer) as the primary target — shock her unconscious and the toy spell breaks while every erased memory returns. Dressrosa — captain of the Riku Royal Army (Ch. 729)

• Appears as “the toy soldier” (name/identity still unrevealed on-page): captain of the anti-Doflamingo Riku Royal Army of Tontatta “little guys,” bound to Rebecca, vowing to topple Doflamingo today against Luffy/Law’s keep-him-alive plan; declares “There’s a deep, deep darkness beneath this fun little country!!!” and “I can’t abandon them to defeat!!!” (pp. 11–13). Dressrosa — the toys’ history & the operation (Ch. 728)

• Among the toys recounting Dressrosa’s tragic history (the coup, the memory-erasure curse) to Nico Robin and Franky; frames the toys’ shared hatred of Doflamingo as the engine of the resistance’s “operation” — “the number of tragedies that hold the key” (pp. 14–17).

Dressrosa — the storyteller, and a buried lineage (Ch. 727)

• Recounts Dressrosa’s true recent history to Nico Robin, Usopp and the Tontatta dwarves — the ten-years-ago frame-up by which Doflamingo destroyed the Riku monarchy.
• Reveals he is Rebecca’s father and the son-in-law of King Riku — making Rebecca the king’s granddaughter (p. 3). The woman who links them (the king’s daughter, Rebecca’s mother) is not named here (a “Monet?” mishearing gag withholds it).

Dressrosa — the Coliseum (Ch. 703)

• Captioned at the Corrida Coliseum as the “ONE-LEGGED SOLDIER (TOY) / AKA: THE ANGRY THUNDER SOLDIER” (p. 13), wanted by the Don Quixote family’s police as a “dirty thief.” He taunts the police and invokes the Coliseum’s special law — police and navy are forbidden from acting inside, “only the special laws enacted by the Don Quixote family hold water within these walls” — and declares he intends to enter the tournament (p. 13).

Dressrosa — the undercity (Ch. 726) — “I am Rebecca’s father”

• Addresses the assembled rebels in the undercity: he pulled Rebecca from Doflamingo’s grasp after a long flight, “could not save her mother’s life,” was turned into a toy (“before I became a toy”), and declares ”…I am Rebecca’s father.” (p. 19). A decade-old “incident” whose truth is hidden made the people lose faith in King Riku overnight.
