Firsts
  • Sugar is knocked out — her Hobi Hobi no Mi (Hobby-Hobby Fruit) power breaks across all of Dressrosa: every toy reverts to its original human form
  • REVEAL of the full Hobi Hobi mechanic: the fruit turns people into toys AND erases them from everyone's memory (their own families included); when the user falls, victims revert and all memories return
  • All the 'toys' of Dressrosa were originally human — a decade of 'faithful servants' the Donquixote Family gathered by transforming and erasing people
  • The one-legged Thunder Soldier reverts to a man: KYROS, former commander of the Riku Royal Army and the greatest warrior in coliseum history (the legendary statue is of him)
  • Kyros is Rebecca's true father — for ten years he stayed at her side as her 'toy soldier' protector so she would not be lost and alone, unable to tell anyone his identity while forgotten
  • Kyros reunites with and frees King Riku ('It is me, Kyros!! I've come to save you!!')
  • Usopp is revealed as the hero who knocked out Sugar (Operation S.O.P.); the freed dwarves and citizens hail him as 'Usoland'
  • Sabo — fighting as 'Lucy' — defeats the ring with one Dragon Claw Fist (Ryusoken): Dragon Breath, sinking the coliseum floor, then heads underground 'to win' (the Mera Mera no Mi)
  • Sabo's tell: 'There is a core at the heart of everything... even this ring has a core' — the trick behind the country itself

Summary

Sugar collapses (knocked out by Usopp the previous chapter) and her Hobi Hobi no Mi “curse” shatters across all of Dressrosa: every toy in the kingdom reverts to its original human form and, simultaneously, everyone’s erased memories come flooding back. The chapter delivers the arc’s central reveal — all toys were transformed humans, deleted from collective memory while in toy form. The one-legged Thunder Soldier reverts to Kyros, former commander of the Riku Royal Army, the legendary coliseum gladiator immortalized in the statue no one could remember, and Rebecca’s true father, who spent ten silent years as her toy protector. Kyros frees King Riku. The dwarves and citizens hail Usopp (“Usoland”) as the hero of “Operation S.O.P.” for taking down Sugar, while the Donquixote regime falls into panic as its decade of work unravels. Meanwhile Sabo, fighting under the alias “Lucy,” tells Jesus Burgess that “there is a core at the heart of everything,” then destroys the entire coliseum ring with Dragon Claw Fist: Dragon Breath and dives underground “to win” the Mera Mera no Mi.
