Reverie — strikes at a Celestial Dragon (Ch. 907)

• The Tontatta charges Saint Charlos to save “our boss’s friend” Shirahoshi — “Aww, dammit!! No turning back now!!” — and is stopped mid-attack by CP0’s Rob Lucci (pp. 11-12).

Reverie (Ch. 906)

• At the Reverie as a Tontatta attendant of Dressrosa with Rebecca, on secret guard duty; befriends Shirahoshi, calling the Straw Hats “Luffyland’s henchmen.”

Dressrosa — spreading the Dandelixirs (Ch. 788)

• Leads the Tontatta in spreading Mansherry’s Dandelixirs (healing dandelions) across the country; attends the weeping princess and affirms her crying is “a noble way to fight” (pp. 6–9).

Dressrosa (Ch. 783)

• The Tontatta offers to heal and stitch Law’s torn wounds with his thread (“Sew-Sew”) power (and a watering can) once Law is brought down off the plateau (p. 7).

Dressrosa — carrying Mansherry (Ch. 775)

• Carries the wounded Princess Mansherry on his back from the SMILE Factory while the Tontatta hurry her along; she dotes on him (“I love Leo’s back”) (p. 3).

Dressrosa — saves Princess Mansherry; “Haute Couture: Patchwork” (Ch. 774) — titular chapter

• Chapter title: “Leo, Captain of the Tontatta Warriors.” On Viola’s alert that Giolla has caught Mansherry, Leo (with Cub) climbs the SMILE-Factory outer wall at “express speed” (p.4-5).
• Bursts in just as Giolla begins reviving the fallen officers, and finishes her with his “Sew-Sew” sorcery: “Beetle Uppercut” (p.12) into “Haute Couture: Patchwork” (p.14) — sewing Giolla and her revived officers into one bound mass, stopping the revival “round two” in time (p.13-15). Dressrosa — locating Princess Mansherry (Ch. 756)

• Leads the dwarves’ rescue effort; on Viola’s intel, learns Mansherry is in the palace’s punishment room (“behind the chapel”). The dwarves recall their love for Lady Scarlet and resolve to “wescue da pwincess” (pp. 6–7).

Dressrosa (Ch. 755)

• Coordinates the airlift of the freed SMILE-factory slaves; receives the Den Den Mushi report that Princess Mansherry is not in the factory and surmises she may be held in the palace (p. 15).
• The imprisoned Mansherry cries out specifically for him (and her aide Mouji) to come save her (p. 17).

Dressrosa — the bee-message liberation (Ch. 753) — referenced as commander; not clearly shown

• The free Tontatta army he leads frees the enslaved SMILE-factory dwarves via the “pink bees” (Bian/Inhel/Wicca) carrying “Unlock it from the inside!” and “Fight!!!” (pp. 10–11).

Dressrosa — the “T.A.L. Jumping Service” airlift (Ch. 752)

• Leads the Tontatta “T.A.L. Jumping Service” / “Tontatta Airlines Yellow Cubs” (pp. 12–14): using the 4th-step flower field, the dwarves slingshot the heavy gladiators up the plateau and cushion their falls (“big people are too heavy ta fly… but we can slow yoa fall!!”).

Dressrosa — relaying the cuff-key (Ch. 751)

• On the transponder snail, “Hewwo, dis is Leo da Tontatta!!” — he, Rebecca and the Tontatta will rush Law’s cuff-key to the alliance at the fourth-step flower field “at top speed” (p. 16).

Dressrosa — the underground trading port (Ch. 741)

• Named “Leo!!!” (p. 9) as the overseers stomp on him and the other captive Tontatta to taunt the “Usoland” believers; among the enslaved dwarves whom Usopp ultimately resolves to save (Usopp breaks cover and debuts Green Star: Platanus to fire on the overseers).

Dressrosa — reveals the Captain is Kyros (Ch. 739)

• Explains to Usopp why the Tontatta place all their hopes on “the Captain”: the one-legged toy soldier is Kyros, “da gweatest gladiator in da history of da Coliseum,” and Sugar’s first toy-victim ten years ago — erased from everyone’s memory yet his statue endures (pp. 17–19). Pays off The Forgotten Legend of Kyros.

Dressrosa — the anti-Sugar assault (Ch. 738)

• Springs the “Tatabasco grape” knockout on Sugar; Robin snatches him back before Trebol can shoot him during the aborted attempt (pp. 2–3, 8).
• Leads the Tontatta army against Sugar to free the enslaved dwarves (“Surrender, Sugar!!”) — but the strike force is talked in circles and transformed into “Little Black Bear” toys (pp. 11–13).

Dressrosa (Ch. 711)

• Captioned “Leo the Warrior” of the Tontatta (p. 4) — the dwarf tribe is named on-page. Wields “Sew-Sew” sorcery: sews objects and people into the ground and sprouts giant grasping hands from the earth (“like blooming flowers”), using it to pin and interrogate the captured Nico Robin (pp. 5–6). Quick to anger but deeply gullible — instantly accepts Robin as a friend once told she is “the hero’s partner.” A leader-figure in the Tontatta’s covert operation against the Donquixote Family. Dressrosa — Tontatta Kingdom (Ch. 717)

• In the Tontatta Kingdom beneath Greenbit, reports the Donquixote Family is leaving the palace and marshals the dwarves’ squads (“Cub’s Yellow Cubs,” “Bian’s Pink Bees”) for the “final battle.” Keeps invoking the assault on the secret factory beneath the coliseum where ~500 dwarves and Princess Mansherry are held (pp. 16–19). Reveres Usopp (“Usoland”) and Robin (“Robiland”) as the dwarves’ heroes.

Dressrosa — the Tontatta airlift (Ch. 718)

• Leads the Tontatta “air force” airlift carrying the dwarves’ “legendary heroes” Usoland (Usopp) and Robiland (Robin) through the Greenbit→Dressrosa underground passage toward the Tontatta Kingdom (“It’s about time, Leo!!”, p. 4); squad leaders Bian (Pink Bees) and Cub (Yellow Cubs) fly the party.

• Captain of the Tontatta dwarf army of Dressrosa: on the flower field he marshals the “Yellow Cub” and “Pink Bee” squads arriving from Greenbit and leads a year-in-the-making operation to topple Doflamingo and restore the deposed King Riku (pp. 10–11).

Dressrosa — the underground org-chart briefing (Ch. 732)

• Leads the Tontatta underground infiltration, briefing the embedded Straw Hats; lays out the full Donquixote Family org chart and troop count for Robin — “…there are 2,000 soldiers in da country now…” (pp. 13–15). Dressrosa — the anti-Sugar operative (Ch. 737)

• The Tontatta operative chosen to execute the plan against Sugar: he will slip a tatababasco-sauce ball disguised as a grape into Sugar’s basket so that, knocked out, she screams and breaks the toy spell (pp. 17–19). Earnest and excitable; the other dwarves cheer him on (“Good luck, Leo!!”). The operation’s stated goal: “to save my fellows and take back da kingdom for King Riku.”

Dressrosa — staging the escape (Ch. 796)

• Star-struck to see five Straw Hats at once; spots the Navy moving and warns the group, then helps Bartolomeo (“Mistah Rooster”) execute the escape plan — ships staged at “critical locations” and the Sunny sent ahead (pp. 13–17).

Dressrosa — the Sons’ Cups (Ch. 800)

• Drinks the Sons’ Cups for the Tontatta, joining the Straw Hat Grand Fleet; overwhelmed to tears (“I can’t even stand!! I’m so overwhelmed”), then plans to catch a “Yellow Cub” home and join the party (pp. 11–13).

Dressrosa — Grand Fleet #5 (Ch. 799)

• Demands the Tontatta be allowed to join (“we have da chief Tonta’s permission!!”); captioned “Leo the Warrior, commander of the 200 members of the Tonta Corps”; ranked #5 of the new Straw Hat Grand Fleet.

Dressrosa (restoration) (Ch. 801)
