Profile

A Paramecia eaten by Princess Mansherry of the Tontatta. It heals “the wounds of living things” (p. 11). The healing is carried by her tears (p. 10) and manifests as a magical watering can of healing water (p. 7). The fruit can restore defeated / incapacitated fighters back to fighting condition — but does not resurrect the dead (Ch. 774 p. 3: “Nah, he ain’t dead!!”). Giolla sought to weaponize it to revive the Donquixote Family’s fallen officers en masse.

Power limits & weaknesses

  • Heals living things only — cannot revive the dead (Ch. 774 p. 3).
  • The user must produce healing tears, so inflicting pain on Mansherry “fuels” output — the cruelty Giolla exploits (p. 10-11).
  • Per-target limit: the wide-area “dandelixir” healing cannot revive the same person twice — those already healed are “out of time, it won’t work on dem again” (Ch. 789 p. 14).
  • (Water/sea immobilization is universal.)

Lore & theories

The fruit’s value is precisely why Doflamingo kept the Tontatta princess captive rather than killed — pays off Mansherry Healing Power Coveted By Doflamingo. Cross-link Nature of Devil Fruits.

Per a Donquixote scout Ch. 775, the fruit’s hidden ultimate restoration can return something to its original state at the cost of the user’s own lifespan — placing it alongside the Ope Ope no Mi’s Immortality / Perennial Youth Operation in the arc’s “ultimate power costs the wielder’s life” motif (see Immortality Operation, The Heal-Heal Fruits Ultimate Restoration Sacrifices The Users Lifespan).
