A Tontatta dwarf of the Dressrosa uprising (Dwarves). Named on-page in Ch. 750 (p. 12) when the dwarf force splits on the Royal Plateau: while Cub and others escort Rebecca across the rooftops with the key to Law’s cuffs, Inhel is left in charge of holding the SMILE factory and the rescue of Princess Mansherry (“Inhel, can we leave da factory up to you?”). (Name is a best-read of the VIZ caption; minor character.)
