Chief Tonta (King) of the Tontatta Kingdom, “greatest in all of Tontatta” (Ch. 711 p. 7). Ruler of the dwarf people behind Dressrosa’s “fairy” legends. Pops up from the ground to greet the captured Nico Robin; like his subjects, comically gullible — he frees Robin the moment the tribe accepts her as “the hero’s partner.”
