Doflamingo ’s “Royal Bloodlines” monologue (pp. 18–20) reveals the Riku Dynasty was installed at Dressrosa ~800 years ago after the original kings — the Donquixotes — left for Mariejoa as Celestial Dragons (related_families += Donquixote ; members += King Riku ).
Ch. 726 — “The Riku Family”: the dynasty’s 800-year history and the Tontatta bond
The chapter lays out the dynasty’s deep history via the Tontatta : ~900 years ago the Donquixote kings of Dressrosa enslaved the dwarves underground; ~800 years ago a King Riku of this line took the throne, wept and made reparations, and invented the “Fairies of Dressrosa ” legend so the dwarves could take what they needed openly — dating the Riku↔Tontatta bond to ~800 years (pp. 14–17). The present deposed king anchors the undercity resistance; ex-soldiers under Tank Lepanto and neighbouring kings (Elizabello II ) rally to the Riku name.
Ch. 727 — the 800-year peace, and the frame-up that ended it
The toy soldier’s flashback establishes the Riku Dynasty kept Dressrosa warless for 800 years (pp. 4–5) — and shows King Riku Doflamingo ’s “Parasite ” into massacring his own people, pp. 6–19). The one-legged toy soldier (Thunder Soldier ) reveals he is King Riku’s son-in-law and Rebecca ’s father, confirming Rebecca as the king’s granddaughter (p. 3) (members += Thunder Soldier ).
Ch. 728 — Princess Viola revealed as a Riku royal
The conquest flashback names the deposed king’s daughter Princess Viola — abducted from the palace by Monet during the coup (p. 3) and taken into Doflamingo ’s service. She is the Donquixote Family officer Violet members += Violet ).
The deposed dynasty’s resistance (the “Riku Army ”) launches Operation Dressrosa S.O.P. to overthrow the Doflamingo Family and restore King Riku to the throne — infiltrate the subterranean world, free the toy/Tontatta laborers, destroy the black-market facilities, and end the Doflamingo regime (pp. 5–11). The toy soldier (King Riku’s son-in-law) leads the operation.
Ch. 733 — the toy soldier vows to restore the dynasty

To preserve the line’s “purely noble” image, the kingdom’s official story conceals that Rebecca ’s father is the commoner ex-gladiator Kyros — replacing him with a fictional foreign prince (pp. 6–13).
