Dressrosa — the “Champion of Evil” boast + true form exposed (Ch. 782)

• Glues Luffy in place to stop him crushing the downed Law; Luffy’s Armament-Haki punches “pass right through” Trebol (pp. 11–12), and his sticky body shrugs off blows (“It’s pointless, rubber-brains!!”).
• Delivers the chapter’s central monologue: the founding officers — “the four of us” ~30 years ago, “the five of us” since — discovered Doflamingo’s “limitless talent from heaven,” indulged his cruelty, and “raised him and shaped him into the Champion of Evil” in exchange for him “showing us our dreams” (pp. 13–15). Insists the supreme officers are “the cornerstones of the Family,” with “no hierarchy or distinction” between them and Doflamingo.
• Stung when Law calls him “Doflamingo’s clownish puppet” (p. 15); attacks with “Stick-Stickem Launcher” (p. 12).

• Downs Law with his Sticky Launcher in the flashback and gloats over the corpse-to-be (“he’s still alive!!”); eggs Doflamingo on through the Immortality-Operation bargain (p. 2, 5).
• Present day: “How dare you!!!” — joins Doflamingo to fight Luffy as one of the last two “worst of the family” (p. 15–16).

Dressrosa — present: backs Doflamingo vs Law (Ch. 769)

• Present on the plateau backing Doflamingo against Law (“Snotty” in Luffy’s worry — p. 15); cheers Doflamingo’s blows (“He got ‘im good!! String Saw!!”, p. 9) and gloats over Law’s beating (“Very calm, very clever of you!! Hee hee hee!!”, p. 7).

• Present-day on the palace top floor beside Doflamingo; roll-call epithet “the Mucus-Man,” Doflamingo’s chief of staff (p. 9).

Corazon flashback — torturing the captured Corazon (Ch. 767)

• Among the family torturing the captured Corazon; mocks him — “Beh heh heh!! That ain’t so bad… he was tryin’ to get us into an all-out war with the Navy” (p. 7).

Dressrosa flashback — backs keeping Law; “you’ve got potential” (Ch. 763)

• Backs Doflamingo’s decision to keep the captured child Law, reading the “dirty glare” in the boy’s eyes as the mark of someone who has seen “the worst of circumstances” — “You’ve got potential, kid!!” (p. 11). Frames the Family as “experts in the black market,” trading devil fruits whose powers “surpass human understanding” (p. 11).

Dressrosa flashback — taunts the recruit Law at the feast (Ch. 762)

Dressrosa — snares Law at the palace top (Ch. 760)

• Backs Doflamingo at the palace top; attacks Law with sticky-snot techniques Snot Blade-Catcher (p. 8) and Fall-bright (p. 9), trapping Law until Luffy yanks him free.

Dressrosa — jeering at the palace confrontation (Ch. 759)

• At Doflamingo’s side throughout the confrontation, jeering and laughing (“he kicked his dyin’ friend smack in the face… beh heh heh!!”); reacts in alarm (“Dofyyy!!!” / “Straw Hat!!!”) as the Luffy–Law combo lands.

Dressrosa — Sugar’s spell collapses again (Ch. 758)

• Restates the stakes — “If Sugar touches him, we’ll even forget about Luffy!!!” (p.6) — then directs the Donquixote side’s panic as Sugar’s spell is undone and she faints again (p.15).

• Guards the underground trade port / hidden factory against Nico Robin and the Tontatta dwarves, using sticky/adhesive attacks (“Stick-Stick Chain!!!”); taunts the freed dwarves for coming after the factory (pp. 7–8).

Dressrosa — ordered to bring Sugar to the palace (Ch. 742)

• At the palace, Doflamingo orders him to secure Sugar: “Bring Sugar to the palace now, Trebol!! No surprise comebacks here!” (p. 17) — even as Sugar is dropped unconscious far below.

Dressrosa — the palace interrogation (Ch. 740)

• Present at the palace suit-chamber interrogation of Law and the captive King Riku; needles them (“Don’t do it if yer just gonna cry!”), notes the Tontatta “did serve” Riku once, and wishes Violet were there to read the truth from the prisoners (pp. 14–15).

Dressrosa — the officer’s tower blown apart (Ch. 739)

• His sticky “stick-stick” substance is revealed to be flammable; the Tontatta dwarves ignite it and blow the officer’s tower to pieces (“Mr. Trebol’s gone insane!!!”) — though Trebol himself is “way too tough” for them to put down (pp. 2–7).

Dressrosa — the hidden factory; the trap sprung (Ch. 738)

• Oversees the hidden factory in the underground trading port; whips the enslaved Tontatta dwarves (“Whip of Love!!!”, p. 5) and berates them for the unripe, low-yield harvest (pp. 4–7).
• Maintains the deception that the dwarves’ labor cures “Princess Mansherry’s disease” — “Man, they’re so gullible” (p. 7).

Dressrosa — Supreme Officer; guards Sugar (Ch. 732)

• Revealed as a Supreme Officer commanding the Trebol Army (“Special Powers Team”) in the Family org chart (p. 14). Personally guards Sugar in the House of Toys, reassuring her amid Franky’s attack: “Nobody even knows about you, hey!! …even if they get here… we’ll just turn ‘em into toys!” (p. 11). “Beh heh heh.”

• Located on the Tontatta underground map at the Officer’s Tower, alongside Sugar — the destination of Operation S.O.P. (p. 8). Map marker only; not shown in-scene.

Dressrosa — Officer’s Tower flashback (Ch. 737)

• In the Officer’s Tower toy-creation flashback he is shown protecting Sugar (pp. 13–16); his sticky/adhesive power is on display, coating his victims — “Not gooey, it’s STICKY!!” (p. 13). His earlier leering, mucus-covered presentation (@0700) is retroactively this same power.
