Summary

Pudding gloats to her captive “sister dearest” Reiju (Sanji’s sister), demonstrating her assassination weapon — a .36 caliber Walker percussion pistol firing armor-piercing “Candy Jackets” — that will riddle the six Vinsmokes with lead at tomorrow’s wedding, and cruelly re-enacting Sanji’s heartfelt proposal (“Let’s get married! You are my salvation!”) while her homies Rabian the Carpet (carpet) and Nitro the Jelly (jelly) cackle and mimic him. Having shot and wounded Reiju, Pudding uses the Memo-Memo no Mi to extract Reiju’s memories as a film strip, cut out the part where Reiju saw her real face, and implant a false “hit by a stray bullet” memory before sending her to the medical room. Meanwhile Brook has broken into Big Mom’s Treasure Repository to copy her Road Poneglyph as the alliance’s insurance if Sanji can’t be saved; Big Mom looms over him, recognizes the “Soul King,” and scoffs that his “worst-case scenario” of nobody dying is laughably tame — “everyone might die!!” In the Mirro-World, Nami, Chopper and Carrot interrogate Brûlée and discover the mirrors themselves can report what they reflect, and begin searching for their scattered crew. In the Prison Library, the Charlotte officer Opera threatens Nami with a crossbow to make her reveal where Lola is while Luffy tries to tear his own hands out of his seastone shackles — until Jinbe storms in, apologizes (“Sorry to do this, Opera!”), flattens Opera with a Fish-Man Karate fist, and frees a jubilant Luffy and Nami.

New reveals

  • Pudding wields the Memo-Memo no Mi (Memory-Memory Fruit) — “every person contains a film of memories inside their head”; she pulls the film out, cuts/edits it, and reinserts it, erasing or rewriting memories (pp. 12-13).
  • Pudding’s wedding assassination weapon: a .36 caliber Walker percussion pistol firing “Candy Jackets” — bullets “powerful enough to completely pierce even a shield-bearing soldier in heavy armor,” intended for the metal-bodied Vinsmokes (p. 4).
  • The target is “the six Vinsmokes” — to “be dyed red with blood” at tomorrow’s wedding (p. 3); confirms a six-member Vinsmoke family unit.
  • Pudding shot and wounded Reiju, then memory-edited away Reiju’s knowledge of her true self and implanted a fake “stray bullet” memory, sending her to the medical room (pp. 12-13).
  • Pudding’s homie confidants are named: Rabian the Carpet (“the carpet”) and Nitro the Jelly (“the jelly”) (p. 5).
  • Brook is in the Treasure Repository copying Big Mom’s Road Poneglyph — insurance so the alliance gains “something tremendous” even in the worst case (pp. 8-9).
  • Big Mom recognizes Brook as the “Soul King” and mocks his planning, declaring her worst case is “everyone might die” (pp. 8-9).
  • The Mirro-World mirrors each know what they reflect and answer queries about location, enabling island-wide search (pp. 10-11). “Lady Galette’s closet” mirror named.
  • Jinbe reaches Whole Cake Island and breaks Luffy and Nami out of the Prison Library, knocking out the Charlotte officer Opera — whom he knows by name (pp. 15-17).
