The capital of Totto Land, on Whole Cake Island, where Big Mom’s castle stands (pp. 7–10). First shown being torn apart by Big Mom herself during a craving fit — buildings eaten, evacuation ordered, “the number of dead continues to rise.” Jinbei arrives up the city’s grape-juice river bearing a homie-croquembouche to end the rampage.

Etymology

• Sweet City (スイートシティ, Suīto Shiti) is a straight English loan — “sweet” in the candy/dessert sense — naming the confectionery capital whose very buildings are made of candy and biscuits (the latter furnished by the Minister of Biscuits, Cracker). It extends the Totto Land / Charlotte food-naming motif: every place and person in Big Mom’s realm is named for a sweet or foodstuff.
• Transparent thematic name — no real-world figure, myth, or future reveal is encoded. Confidence high (surface meaning; One Piece Wiki / English loanword).

Key chapters

• Ch. 829 — first appearance & first naming; the capital is razed by Big Mom’s own craving fit (pp. 7–16); Jinbei ends it with a croquembouche.
• Ch. 830 — aftermath of Moscato’s death (corpse carried off, “Currently, Whole Cake Island, Sweet City,” p. 8); son Charlotte Mont-d’Or present (pp. 7-8).
• Ch. 834 — re-shown in the establishing splash (the city and the Whole Cake Chateau looming over the skyline, p. 3) as Sanji rages; citizens gossip about Jinbe — that he tried to quit Big Mom’s crew (“I want out!”) then withdrew when he heard the price (pp. 4-5).

• Ch. 850 — glimpsed in a city-panorama as a Brûlée-decoy (a bouncing black ball, Brûlée hauled through the Mirro-World) tears through its streets terrifying citizens (p. 2).
• Ch. 856 — hosts the Vinsmoke guests in Whole Cake Chateau’s guest rooms (sixth-floor balcony; third-floor medical room holding Reiju under guard); Bege’s fortress hides the Sanji-retrieval alliance inside the city; the decisive Luffy–Sanji confrontation happens just outside town in the rain (pp. 4–8). The tea party is set for the next day.
• Ch. 882 — captioned “Sweet City, Whole Cake Island”; the Charlotte ministers (Perospero, Mont-d’Or, a grieving Pekoms) run the failing hunt for the Sunny from here — the territory sea slugs keep losing it — and begin to suspect they underrated Luffy (pp. 12-14).
