Summary

The Reverie continues at the Holy Land. King Neptune and his children — Fukaboshi, Ryuboshi, Manboshi, and Shirahoshi — ascend the Red Line by bondola (the mermaids switching to reinforced bubbles) to Sacred Marijoa, a man-made continent at the center of all the seas, then ride a “travelator” toward Pangaea Castle; the timid Shirahoshi panics at the moving ground. Inside the castle’s mingling courtyard the world’s royalty gather for seven days of council. Vivi (Alabasta), Rebecca and Leo (Dressrosa), and Sai (Chin Jao’s grandson, on secret guard duty) reunite and gush over Luffy’s exploits, while Shirahoshi marvels that so many here seem to know “Sir Luffy.” Wapol — now self-styled king of the Evil Black Drum Kingdom with his queen Kinderella — crashes the party and trades barbs with Dalton (King of Sakura Kingdom) and Dr. Kureha, sneering that the higher you climb, the dirtier the business. Meanwhile the Celestial Dragon Saint Charlos spies Shirahoshi through a window and covets “a very big mermaid.” The chapter closes far below at Impel Down Level 6, where a chained Doflamingo cackles that he’s been buried alive to keep the secret of “Marijoa’s hidden treasure” — and back at Pangaea Castle a hooded figure carrying Luffy’s wanted poster slips into a hidden chamber holding a great globe of the world and a looming throne-like seat.
