Summary

The Birdcage keeps shrinking toward the town center with roughly three minutes left before it reaches the populace, and Doflamingo again demands that Straw Hat (the still-unconscious Luffy) be handed over. Law arrives — his Haki returning — and takes over guarding the recovering Luffy so the fighters can hold the line. Across Dressrosa the citizens, colosseum gladiators, Tontatta dwarves and even the Marines throw themselves against the Birdcage’s strings at multiple points (Sevio in the southeast, the town center, the SMILE Factory in the southwest), with Zoro leading the push. Sustaining them all is Princess Mansherry, whose tears spread “Dandelixirs” — dandelions that grant miraculous wide-area healing for a few minutes — keeping the wounded on their feet; this temporary, self-sacrificing weeping is “her battle.” God Usopp rallies the crowd, Viola defies her father King Riku and runs to face Doflamingo herself rather than let everyone’s sacrifice be for nothing, and the united effort momentarily halts the cage and slows its advance. The countdown to Luffy’s recovery drops to one minute.
