- Ch. 761 (pp. 7–8): Doflamingo — a Celestial Dragon who fell from grace — retains leverage over the Celestial Dragons and the World Government solely because he knows about it. Unable to kill him, the Dragons became “quite cooperative”; he could mobilize CP0 “just this morning.”
- Ch. 761 (pp. 8–9): Doflamingo laments that, with the Op-Op Fruit’s power “on that specific day years ago,” he could have used this treasure to “seize true world power.” Its nature is unrevealed.
- Ch. 906 (pp. 15–16): A chained Doflamingo in Impel Down Level 6 states he’s been isolated/buried specifically so he won’t “go spilling the secrets… of Marijoa’s hidden treasure.” Re-states the Ch. 761 leverage claim from inside his cell — confirming the secret is dangerous enough to justify burying him alive.
