Also called the Kano Kingdom Gang — an underworld “family” from Kano, the flower kingdom, led by the legendary Don Chin Jao, with Sai and Boo among its ranks. Named via the coliseum caption boxes (p. 3).

- Ch. 704 — named on-page at the Corrida Coliseum (p. 3); Chin Jao, Sai and Boo attend the Mera Mera no Mi tournament.
- Ch. 708 — Sai and Boo confirmed as Chin Jao’s grandsons, hailing from the Kingdom of Kano (p. 8). The family entered the Corrida Colosseum for an undisclosed “real reason” beyond Chin Jao’s Garp grudge — see The Chin Jao Familys Hidden Reason For Entering The Colosseum.
- Ch. 715 — the gang is named on-page as the centuries-old “Happo Navy” / Happosui Army from Kano “in the far east,” famed for its unblockable shock-wave kenpo style Hasshoken — “no shield or armor can block their devastating blows” (pp. 6–8). Its on-page chief hierarchy: 13th chief Sai, sub-chief Boo, and former 12th chief (retired) Chin Jao — a once-500-million-berry legendary pirate who unleashes Conqueror’s Haki (p. 10). Several members enter Block C of the Corrida Colosseum tournament.
- Ch. 716 — named “Happosui Army” on-page again (pp. 6, 13); Sai declares himself the 13th chief and Chin Jao’s successor, felling the fused Funk Brothers with a single Hasshoken kick to avenge sub-chief Boo (“as chief of the Happosui Army, I always avenge my subordinates!!!”); Chin Jao reveals his post-retirement bounty-hunter career — hunting Impel Down’s escaped Level 6 inmates — and clashes Conqueror’s Haki with Luffy.
- Ch. 719 (flashback) — As the Happosui Army’s 12th Chief, Chin Jao used his drill head to open a frozen treasure vault in the Crystal Ice Sheet, until Garp flattened his head and sealed it forever; he then quit the pirate life. Establishes the crew’s signature martial art, the Hasshoken.
- Ch. 720 — Don Chin Jao offers to place the crew’s Happo Navy (his grandsons’ army) under Luffy’s command as thanks for Luffy restoring the shape of his head (pp. 8–9). Seeds Colosseum Fighters Pledge To Luffy Grand Fleet Seed.
- Ch. 725 — after the Corrida Colosseum blocks, Chin Jao, Sai and Boo are all caught in Doflamingo’s underground trap (the medical-room trapdoor); Sai is captioned “of Kano Kingdom” (pp. 14–17). Chin Jao vows to curse Doflamingo “to his grandson’s generation.”
- Ch. 726 — the Happo Navy (incl. Sai and Boo) is described as working “at the bequest of the King of Kano… to stem the tide of this arms smuggling” run by Doflamingo/Joker (p. 7); several of its members fall into the Dressrosa undercity (pp. 3, 10).

- Ch. 771 — Chin Jao passes the full Hasshoken secret to Sai after Sai’s awakened foot breaks the grandfather’s drill-head, christening Sai’s leg “Drill Dragon Nail” and nullifying Sai’s betrothal to Ooklicia of the Nihoshi Army — “the Happosui is truly yours.” Sai then defeats Donquixote officer Lao G and tells the crowd “Call me ‘Don.’”
- Ch. 800 — Sai’s Happo Navy is pledged into the Straw Hat Grand Fleet (ranked #3, 1,000 strong) via the Sons’ Cups.
