First appears at the Reverie, captioned “QUEEN OF EVIL BLACK DRUM KINGDOM — KINDERELLA” (pp. 12–13). Attends alongside Wapol in the Pangaea Castle mingling courtyard, fawning over him. No Devil Fruit or further background shown on-page this chapter.

Surface / portmanteau: her name fuses the fairy-tale Cinderella (commoner who marries up) with the Japanese reading 金 (kin, “gold”) — encoding her gold-digger character: she married Wapol only after he got rich via the Wapol Konzern, then became queen when he was granted the Evil Black Drum Kingdom.
Confirmation (the laugh): her signature laugh derives from the Japanese idiom 玉の輿 (tama no koshi, “marrying into money,” lit. “jeweled palanquin”) — VIZ localizes it as “Gold-dig-dig-dig-dig.” This makes the “gold” reading authorial intent rather than coincidence.
