Dressrosa — puppets Rebecca; struck by Lucy (Ch. 789)

• Battered from the earlier fight, he uses his Flag-Flag power (Hira Hira no Mi) to control Rebecca’s body, forcing her to fight the wounded Viola against her will (pp. 4–5).
• Condemns Viola’s decade of espionage as unforgivable “betrayal” (“I do not punish my people for failure… I will never forgive betrayal,” pp. 4–5) and readies a one-hit killing strike (“…will sink you in one hit!!”, p. 17).
• Struck away by the returning Luffy before the blow lands (p. 18).

Dressrosa — defeated (Ch. 777)

• Confirmed defeated by Kyros (off-page, reported); his wrecked body is mocked by Pica on the Flower Hill steps (“you’re a miserable wreck”) (pp. 6, 9). Flashback establishes his men killed Lady Scarlet ~10 years ago (p. 2).

Dressrosa — duel with Kyros, the flower field (Ch. 776)

Dressrosa — “the Flag-Man”; Army Bandera (Ch. 768)

• Roll-call epithet “the Flag-Man / hero of the Coliseum,” posted at Flower Hill, the Fourth Step (p. 9).

Dressrosa flashback — recruits young Law at Spider Miles (Ch. 761)

Dressrosa — corners Rebecca; confesses to killing Scarlett; struck down by Kyros (Ch. 757)

• Chases the fleeing Rebecca across the fourth step’s flower field, taunting her (“We made a lot of money off of you in the coliseum… there’s no use for you anymore!”, p. 12).
• Confesses he shot Scarlett to death: “It was me!!! You want to know who shot your mother to death?! I’ll say it as many times as it takes!!” — then reaches for his gun, “I think I’ll go with the gun” (p. 13).

Dressrosa — waiting at the flower field, faces Rebecca (Ch. 756)

• Lazily guarding the flower field on the fourth step (“Yawn… someone finally show up?”); when Rebecca arrives alone, he rises with his sword and recognizes her — “So it’s you…” — setting up their duel (p. 19). He is the officer who taunted her about her mother Scarlett’s death (@0739).

Dressrosa (Ch. 750)

• With Trebol, stunned at the gladiator surge: “Still they defy the Young Master?! They’ve gone mad!!” (p. 4).

Dressrosa — the rigged prize is lost (Ch. 744)

• Reacts to “Lucy” winning and eating the fruit — the Donquixote plan was for the fruit to stay in-house: “I was supposed to eat the Flame-Flame Fruit… damn!! what do I tell Dofy?!” and “that wasn’t even Straw Hat!!” (p. 12).

Dressrosa — Block D / the prize melee, vs Rebecca (Ch. 739)

• Fights Rebecca in the coliseum with an edge-less, whip-flexible blade (Ripple-Ripple Fruit): “if you can’t cut a man… then you need to bleed!! That’s what gets the crowd excited!!” — scoring a direct hit (pp. 13–14).
• Taunts Rebecca about how her mother Scarlett died and about the toy soldier (Kyros)‘s failure to save her — implying first-hand knowledge of Scarlett’s death (p. 15).

Dressrosa — blocks Bellamy’s execution (Ch. 731)
