Chapter 1107: I've Been Looking for You!!

Summary

The legendary Giant Pirates — Dorry the Blue Ogre and Brogy the Red Ogre, with their old comrades Oimo and Kashii — make landfall on Egghead and tear into the Marine blockade, here to break the Straw Hats out and ferry them toward Elbaf rather than to wage war. Vice Admiral Red King watches his fleet collapse. Brook races the mini-Sunny toward the northeast shore, coordinated by Nami and Vegapunk’s satellite Lilith, while Zoro keeps the awakened Rob Lucci pinned. In the rubble, a tearful Jewelry Bonney finally reunites with Luffy — who in Gear 5 has just learned to fight like the Sun God Nika — and asks him to teach her his rubber punch; she begs him to pound St. Jaygarcia Saturn for Vegapunk, and Luffy answers with a Gear-5 Gatling, even outpacing Saturn’s laser (“Love is stronger than light!”). The mortally wounded original Vegapunk, who will die if he moves, sends Bonney ahead on a hover-bike. As Saturn rallies, the Blackbeard Pirates’ Catarina Devon and Van Augur arrive, announce their mission “complete,” declare they are after “the world,” and warp away — pursued by Caribou, who has come to Egghead chasing his lifelong dream of joining Blackbeard.
