Per the calibration finding (Vault/Research/Calibration-Report-2026-06-09.md §1), dense chekhov-explicit stacks on a shared target have been systematically under-priced in this vault.

negative-space. The whole claim’s second leg is a count that refuses to close. The Five Elders tell Cobra there were twenty founding kings (Ch. 1084); Cobra’s own library record and the knight’s 1189 speech both say nineteen swords. Oda has now stated the mismatch from two mutually hostile mouths without ever explaining it — the classic shape of a withheld answer, and the Nefertari abstention is the only reading on the table that satisfies both numbers.

prop-tell. The swords themselves are the evidence chain: a lone greatsword stands beside the Empty Throne at Ch. 908; the same blade is named Nemesis at Ch. 1181; at Ch. 1189 Nemesis is enumerated inside the nineteen. A prop introduced as set-dressing 280 chapters earlier is retro-declared a founder’s oath-weapon — the arsenal was always the throne’s furniture.

name-etymology. The named weapons are drawn from separate world-mythologies — Gram (Norse dragon-slayer), Fragarach (Irish), Longinus (Roman/Christian), Xingtian (Chinese), Muramasa (Japanese), Tohu/Bohu (Hebrew tohu wa-bohu), Nemesis (Greek). Nineteen different mythic traditions is exactly the design you build if each weapon is meant to stand for a different founding kingdom — a one-blade-per-nation coding, not a stylistic accident.

lore-drop. Ch. 497/Ch. 503 establish the Celestial Dragons as “blood of the creators,” descendants of the founding kings who moved to Mary Geoise — a caste already defined by founding descent, which the “great houses” line now attaches a weapon and an order to.

parallel-arc-structure. Gunko fought at God Valley 38 years ago (Ch. 1160) and the Knights’ superior calls Ragnir a “traitor from days past” (Ch. 1182) — the order keeps recognising people across spans no ordinary lifetime covers, the same longevity-anomaly grammar the vault used for the Five Elders before their nature was revealed.

• A Nefertari-line Holy Knight — any Alabasta-descended figure shown inside the order with an oath-weapon — which would kill leg (2) outright.
• Figarland shown to be a modern or non-founding house (e.g. elevated by the World Government within recorded history, or explicitly one of the Celestial rather than founding lines).
• A Holy Knight killed permanently by ordinary force (no Omen severance, no Gaban blade), or Gaban’s blade shown to do nothing special to them — which would kill leg (3).
• “The great houses” revealed to mean something else entirely — e.g. the Five Elders’ houses, or a Mary-Geoise administrative division unrelated to the founders.
