What happened: The stated frailty stopped being dialogue and became damage. At Ch. 1191 p.6, mid-sentence in Imu’s own God-Valley confession, fracture lines spider across Imu’s face and black limbs with CRIK / CRAK sound effects, and the form hisses and cracks open again on p.13 (“HSSS~ / CRIK CRIK”). Ch. 1192 runs the same clock forward without an opponent’s help: Imu’s true form lands “HUFF… HUFF…” and hacks a dry cough into the dirt before the fight resumes (p.3), coughs again mid-fight (p.12), and coughs a dark spray after Luffy’s first clean hit (p.15). This is the first shown deterioration of Imu’s descended body since Sommers’ Ch. 1182 line “Great Imu’s body is not meant to withstand the outside.”

What we got right / wrong: The chekhov-explicit read — “the corpus does not state frailties it will not exercise” — is now vindicated on panel: the frailty is being exercised, visibly, on a rising curve, and the p.3 pre-fight cough specifically rules out “this is just battle damage.” That reverses the honest counter-case this note logged at 1189 (two chapters of field combat with the frailty unexercised, read as evidence the exposure clock was slow or decorative). What is not settled is the claim’s payoff: Imu is degrading, not destroyed or unmade, and the alternative exits — a forced withdrawal back to Mary Geoise, or a repaired/replacement vessel — are both still open. Refuter sweep across 1191-1192: none fired. No Pangaea-Castle defeat at full power; no cure, retcon or new vessel; nothing about the fall being triggered by a One-Piece claim; and Imu neither withdraws unharmed nor leaves the frame. Mechanism-half confirmed, outcome-half forward — partially-confirmed, not confirmed.

Confidence calibration check: We filed at 0.6; in retrospect this was well-calibrated, arguably under-confident.
