A giant owl — name-card p. 2: “BIBLO (OWL LIBRARY CHIEF LIBRARIAN)” — who “has been around here for centuries” and “lords over” the Owl Library on Elbaf. Any book that enters his territory grows to enormous size; a giant suspects he is a “growth-owl” who has eaten the Grow-Grow Fruit (“can cause any inorganic matter to grow… the perfect power for a land of giants”). An animal, not a sapient people — no Races-and-Groups note, and NOT added to Giants.

- First appearance. Introduced by name-card “BIBLO (OWL LIBRARY CHIEF LIBRARIAN)” (p. 2). The giant owl who has presided over the Owl Library “for centuries,” making any book brought into his territory grow giant-sized.
- A giant hypothesizes he ate the Grow-Grow Fruit — “a growth-owl” — explaining the enormous books (SUSPECTED, not confirmed).
