Summary

News of Kaido and Big Mom’s fall blasts around the world. At the World Economic Journal, the World Government orders the presses stopped — strike the “D” from Monkey D. Luffy’s name and pull the photo of his “mystical form” (taken by Guernica of CP0) — but Morgans defies them and spreads the scoop far and wide. New ฿3,000,000,000 bounties drop on Luffy, Kid, and Law. In the Flower Capital a free festival roars on (Hiyori performs as the “Moon Princess,” Brook plays Oden’s favorite song). Beneath the castle, Robin is led by a masked old man — “Mr. Tengu” — who is revealed as Kozuki Sukiyaki, Oden’s father and the former Shogun of Wano, secretly alive for years; he tells Robin that the ancient weapon Pluton sleeps somewhere in Wano, and Robin recalls the Alabasta poneglyph said exactly that. At the Udon ruins, the newly-arrived Navy HQ Admiral Ryokugyu has crushed the downed King and Queen and demands a battleship to take Luffy’s head. As Luffy leads a giant toast (“KAMPAI!!!”), the world’s newspapers reveal the new Four Emperors: Shanks, Marshall D. Teach, Buggy, and Monkey D. Luffy.
