Per the calibration rubric, dense chekhov-explicit stacks pointing at one target are systematically under-priced — the buried-battleship has been planted since the Ch. 344 Water Seven blueprints and the Ch. 355 Five-Elders “we will possess the Ancient Weapon” doctrine. A weapon planted this loudly, this long, does not stay buried.
• prophecy-callback — Oden’s dying “open the borders before the dawn” creed is reinterpreted on-page by Sukiyaki as also meaning “release the weapon” (@1055). • Pluton stays dormant / lore-only. Oda confirms the location but never unseals it on-page — Pluton remains a buried curiosity referenced in dialogue, the way Uranus may stay un-deployed. The “becomes a strategic weapon” half goes unpaid.
• Wrong wielder / wrong war. If Pluton is unsealed but by the World Government / a villain to suppress rather than by the Kozuki-aligned side to liberate, the “opening the borders → release it as Oden intended” framing fails.
• The borders open without releasing it. Momonosuke opens Wano (fulfilling Oden) but Pluton is deliberately left buried / re-sealed as too dangerous (the Iceberg/Tom “opposing-force, must be destroyed” doctrine @0399 wins) — the trigger-coupling between border-opening and weapon-release is severed.
• Poseidon, not Pluton, is the deployed weapon. The living weapon (Shirahoshi) carries the Ancient-Weapon payoff and Pluton never activates.
