Ch. 498 gives nine non-Straw-Hat rookies individual splash-debuts with name + crew + origin + bounty (Kid ฿315M, Hawkins ฿249M, Drake ฿222M, Law ฿200M, Apoo ฿198M, Killer ฿162M, Bonney ฿140M, Bege ฿138M, Urouge ฿108M), and the chapter title coins “The Eleven Supernovas.” A roster installed with this much individuated detail is a cast announcement. • dialogue-from-character (the explicit thesis). Shakky states the payoff aloud: “somewhere among this lot may be the one who’ll lead the next generation of pirates… the New World will be a sea of blood” (Ch. 498 p. 19) — the cohort’s narrative function named on-page. • parallel-arc-structure (rival-claimant grammar). Ch. 505 stages the Luffy–Kid mutual One-Piece declaration — both claim the same prize, agree to “meet again in the New World,” and that “those who don’t have the guts to say [their dream] will die first” — installing the rookies as parallel rivals on one prize, the same same-goal/different-relationship grammar Oda uses for every arc antagonist. • loaded-gun (the convergence event). Ch. 501 the newspaper announces Ace’s public execution = war with Whitebeard, read on-page by Drake, Kid and the other rookies — the explicit fuse that will pull the generation toward one battlefield. The Sabaody scatter (Ch. 507 Kizaru) sets the dispersal the war re-gathers.

Five converging channels on the recurrence claim ≈ 0.7. The cohort-recurs-and-dominates-the-New-World and reconvergence-at-the-war sub-claims are near-certain on the installation density; held at 0.7 because the specific-single-leader clause is softer (the cohort produces several New-World powers, not one), and the exact shape of each rookie’s arc is forward-canon (post-frontier-507).

What happened: Clause (b) — the reconvergence-at-the-war — is now on direct panels. Ch. 565 shows Trafalgar Law’s Heart Pirates readying their ship to head for Marineford while Jewelry Bonney weeps at Sabaody; Ch. 579 stages Law’s submarine surfacing at the battlefield to extract the dying Luffy; and Ch. 581’s new-reveals state outright that “the Eleven Supernovas (seven rookie ships off Marineford and others scattered across the world) watch the dust settle and read the dawn of ‘a turbulent new era’” — with Kid, Apoo, Hawkins, Drake and Bonney all on-panel reading the post-war balance. Hawkins’s card-divination of Luffy (“survival rate won’t go to zero… no matter what I do”) frames Luffy as the anomalously-protected member of the cohort. The (a) “Worst Generation” renaming and New-World-domination clause and the (c) Luffy-front-runner payoff remain forward-canon (post-timeskip, uncaptured at frontier 587), so this is partial, not confirmed.

What we got right / wrong: Right: the reconvergence-at-the-war forecast landed almost exactly — the rookies physically gather at/around Marineford rather than dispersing, and Law’s intervention makes one cohort member load-bearing to Luffy’s survival. The refuter “the cohort never reconverges” is the inverse of what fired: it is the confirmer. Outstanding: the headline “rule the New World” and the single-front-runner clauses are genuine long-cycle payoffs not yet on-page; the cautious 0.7 priced these as the soft part.

What happened: The headline clause — the cohort rises to rule the New World, with Luffy as its front-runner — is now on-page. After Kaido and Big Mom fall, Ch. 1053 (“New Emperors”) names the new Four Emperors of the Sea: Shanks, Marshall D. Teach (Blackbeard), Buggy, and Monkey D. Luffy (pp.16–17) — Luffy, a Supernova, ascends to the apex tier of the New World. The same chapter drops simultaneous ฿3,000,000,000 bounties on Luffy, Kid, and Law (pp.4–5) for toppling two Emperors. Combined with the already-confirmed “Worst Generation” re-naming (Ch. 664) and the war-reconvergence (Ch. 581), all three clauses now have direct on-page payoff.

What we got right / wrong: Fully right. The cohort did not disperse into irrelevance (refuter 1), it reconverged at and beyond the war (refuter 2), and multiple members became top-tier New-World powers with Luffy framed as the generation’s front-runner — an Emperor and the man who beat Kaido (refuter 3 inverted into the confirmer). The softest clause at filing, “specific-single-leader,” resolves as cleanly as the medium permits short of the Pirate-King title: Luffy is the standout of the eleven.
