Ch. 907 : Located at the very center of the world inside Pangaea Castle Ch. 907 : The kings of the various nations are “on equal standing,” each swearing an oath not to seek control over the others; there is no single king of the entire world. The greatest authority is the Five Elders .Ch. 907 : Guarded by 20 weapons , placed “as an oath… by the first 20 who created this world 800 years ago” — the founding twenty (cf. the twenty kingdoms / Celestial-Dragon origin, Ch. 722 ).
Ch. 908 pp. 15–17 — the throne in the Chamber of Flowers is OCCUPIED
The throne in the Chamber of Flowers of Pangaea Castle is revealed to be occupied by a hidden sovereign, “Great Imu,” to whom the Five Elders kneel and pledge service — establishing a tier of authority above the Gorosei. Imu offers to strike any name from history ; shown only as a shadow with a single visible eye, a lone sword standing beside the throne. Recasts the @0907 “symbol of peace, no one may sit” framing. Ch. 1060 pp. 13–15 — the throne’s reach demonstrated: a nation erased + surveillance scrubbed
The Empty Throne’s occupant (a giant eye / shadowed figure, UNNAMED on-page ) declares there is “no King of the World” and that such a king “never existed in the first place,” and demonstrates the throne’s power: it orders the global transponder/surveillance network to register nothing (“you did not detect anything today”) and erases an entire World-Government-member nation (Lulucia ) from existence with a sky-dropped weapon (p. 15 splash), raising a seaquake/tsunami. The “empty” throne is confirmed occupied and operating as the true hidden sovereignty. Ch. 1085 pp. 2–12 — the throne’s law stated; Imu kills a king before it (Reverie flashback)
The Empty Throne’s meaning is voiced: “No one is meant to sit upon that throne… it is not meant for one person’s will to sway the entire world.” Imu Five Elders ) and murders King Cobra there. The throne’s defenses manifest monstrous shadow-beast forms (pp. 7–8). Cross-link Imu Identity .

⚠ Three TCB-sourced corrections (VIZ reconcile, 2026-09-07). (a) Omen brought back the weapons , not the Knights — TCB’s “when the Great One revived us with Omen, he granted us access to them” inverts the referent; VIZ reads “…to bring them back and grant them to us” . (b) VIZ says “each family” , never “the great houses” . (c) Speaker and setting: the reveal is spoken by a Holy Knight to Zoro Sea Cloud Port, Western Village (hard scene-change caption p. 14; “You see, Roronoa Zolo…?!” p. 15) — not by Imu . The weapons are driven into the ground around Zoro (“CLUNK…”, “KSHUNK…”), a deliberate mirror of the throne panel on the same page. The blade the vault spelled Bohu is lettered Vohu .

[!evidence|ch=1190] Ch. 1190 p. 8 — a 10th named oath-weapon drawn from Imu’s Omen, first shown wielded in combat
An ornate, eye-studded ceremonial katana Honebami Toshiro (骨喰藤四郎, “Bone Eater”) is drawn out of Imu ’s black Omen Gaban ’s twin axes — matching the eye-studded aesthetic of the @1189 19-weapon arsenal and plausibly one of the founders’ Empty-Throne oath-weapons , now shown in-hand rather than merely ringing the seat. (The TCB read that Gaban dual-wields it is a probable misattribution — the blade issues from Imu’s Omen.) Extends the arsenal from a named catalog to a demonstrated weapon and reinforces that Imu can summon the founder-arms via Omen. See Omen , Imu Identity .
Ch. 1191 —
Honebami’s wielder settled (VIZ)
The ornate katana Honebami , recorded Ch. 1190 as “most likely one of Imu ’s summoned oath-weapons (TCB-provisional; wielder flagged for VIZ reconcile),” is confirmed as Imu’s in the official localization: “…to escape Honebami’s wrath at the cost of only one arm…” (p.9) and the swing callout “HONE-BAMI… ” (p.10). It severed Gaban ’s arm. VIZ letters the blade “Honebami ”; the longer TCB form “Honebami Toshiro” recorded @1190 is a variant, not canon.
⚑ 1191 does not name or show the Empty Throne itself; Honebami’s membership in the throne arsenal remains the Ch. 1190 aesthetic inference. What 1191 settles is only the wielder (Imu), not the blade’s provenance.
