The claim

Reasoning

This is the prediction-routed sub-claim (SC4) from the gauntlet verdict Shanks Has a Figarland Twin. The mirror-pair setup is genuinely on-page, but the collision payoff is a forward prediction with zero delivery as of the frontier, so it is filed here rather than scored as evidence.

The setup is real: Shamrock, Commander of the Holy Knights, personally orders Elbaf “brought under the command of the World Government” (Ch. 1137 p.17) and directs his knights to abduct Elbaf’s giant children for the Holy Land (Ch. 1140 p.16) — an antagonist serving the WG, opposite Shanks’s pirate alignment. The twins are name-mirrored via guardian-beast swords (Shamrock’s living Cerberus vs Shanks’s Griffon, Ch. 1138 p.5), and Loki frames them as a paired unit (“two separated brothers should each be targets of my wrath,” Ch. 1138 p.3). The vault’s own “Leading theories” section reads this as a Sköll & Hati wolf-pair — one twin devouring the sun (Nika), the other guarding the throne.

The confidence is deliberately low (0.3): the “antagonistic” framing is partly cut against on-page. Ch. 1170 p.7 shows Shanks cooperative toward the WG-bound side (“I want to save Harald”), and no chapter delivers a Shamrock-vs-Shanks confrontation. The “one steals the sun, one guards the throne” reading is imposed, not shown.
