The flashback beats are unambiguous about the Figarland boy: he boasts “I’ve always had the blood of Figarland in my veins” and is captioned “(Figarland Family) St. Shanks” (Ch. 1167 pp.12-13); the Holy Knights hunt “the son of our commander, a child with red hair” (Ch. 1168 p.8); and the adult red-haired Shanks who sailed with Gaban reflects on “the life I might’ve had” as a Knight of God (Ch. 1170 p.7) — the same continuous red-haired figure running from the Figarland birth through the Roger crew to the Emperor. The equation is heavily foreshadowed but not yet closed by an explicit on-page caption, which is why the vault holds present-day last_appearance at Ch. 1126 and files the open question “is St. Shanks literally the Yonko or a look-alike/relative.” The prediction is that the deferred bridge lands and the identity is confirmed.

Ch. 1189 pp. 9–11 delivers a Shanks flashback (the day King Harald died) in which he names the culprit behind Harald to the enraged Loki: “The man who manipulated Harald… …WAS THE KING OF THE WORLD!!!” (p. 10) — a hidden sovereign above the WG whose “power is impossible to measure,” and whom, Shanks says, nobody has ever reached: “Go to the Holy Land and the mystery will only deepen rather than come to light!! If it were that simple… …someone else would have done it already!!!” (p. 10). Loki corroborates from his own failed hunt — “I left home and spent a few years abroad… In the end… …I never did find my way to him!!!” (p. 11). This is not settling for this prediction, in either direction:

• The inverted datum, now corrected and re-weighed. The prior entry cited “there is someone who managed it once” (reached the King) as a TCB line; VIZ 1189 p.10 says the opposite — “If it were that simple… …someone else would have done it already!!!” — and Loki closes it on p.11, “I never did find my way to him!!!” The inline correction block above flagged this as tightening the third bullet but left the number for this pass. Pricing it: under the old reading, Shanks’s knowledge could trivially have come from the precedent-holder who once reached the King.
