Ch. 1137 introduces Figarland Shamrock, son of Five-Elder St. Garling and Commander of the Holy Knights — drawn as a near-double of Shanks (red hair, similar face, sword at the hip).

Why this matters
A red-haired Figarland materializing on-page is a classic Oda visual-silhouette plant: the resemblance is loud before the relationship is stated. Feeds Shanks Figarland Connection.
The resemblance lands inside a coronation staging, too: Shamrock’s reveal (p. 16) is delivered in the same full-figure + DOOM-register-SFX + {TITLE} / {PROPER NAME} caption-card grammar Oda reserves for arc-masters — see Holy Knights Shamrock And Gunko Reveal Restages The Villain Label-Splash Grammar. The red-haired Figarland arrives wearing the apex-villain label-splash, hardening the link at the staging level. At Ch. 1167 p. 13 the staging goes one step further: Shamrock and Shanks are drawn side by side in the identical label-splash pose, mirror-imaged, each over a matching (FIGARLAND FAMILY) caption-card — the twin resemblance made literal in a single panel (see Figarland Twin Label-Splash Stages Shamrock And Shanks Side By Side).
Name layer (technique/name-etymology). The given name “Shamrock” (シャムロック) is the three-leaf clover — St. Patrick’s emblem of the Holy Trinity — which brands him to the Holy Knights’ divine theme rather than to Shanks. The load-bearing name-tell for the Shanks link is the shared surname Figarland (spear/heraldic-coded; see Figarland): it is the family name, not the given name, that binds Shamrock to Garling and — per the long-running theory — to Shanks.
