This note predicts the unstated whole: God Valley itself was that kill-order executed — Elbaf’s giants as coerced WG enforcers — and traces the fruit’s identity/fate. 2026-07-02 — Status: partially-confirmed via Ch. 1164 (with Ch. 1159, Ch. 1160, Ch. 1166, Ch. 1169, Ch. 1175).

What happened: The full God Valley flashback pays the load-bearing components. The WG “Kill Rocks” order is enacted — Harald states “I was told to stop a certain pirate crew… Rocks” and refuses to aid him (Ch. 1159 p.12). Rocks came to Elbaf for the frozen destroyers Galleila, controllable only by Harald (Ch. 1166 p.13), and for the Harald-locked Treasure of Elbaf, revealed to be the forbidden Dragon-Dragon Fruit, Model Niddhoggr (Ch. 1169, Ch. 1175) — an explicitly eater-keyed royal-line fruit. God Valley itself is shown as a WG-orchestrated purge: the Celestial-Dragon “rabbit hunt” whose 800-year quarry is the Davy Clan (= Rocks D. Xebec’s own bloodline), into which Rocks is lured and finally weaponized/erased by the Mu-entity (Ch. 1159–Ch. 1160, Ch. 1164).

What we got right / wrong: Right on the kill-order, the Harald-locked fruit, Galleila, and “Elbaf is the key to the Holy Land” — all now on-page. The WG-orchestrated-purge-on-Rocks half keeps hardening: the Imu-entity itself wishes its Elbaf foes would “vanish off the face of the earth… as ROCKS did” (Ch. 1178 p.5), the memory-montage re-threads Rocks with the stolen Devil Fruit and the Void-Century enemies (Ch. 1179), Gaban re-benchmarks the Great One’s Haki against God Valley (Ch. 1180), and Ch. 1189 confirms Rocks’s true ambition was “King of the World,” a real hidden seat above the World Government (Shanks, pp. 8-10). None of this revisits the one clause that went the other way — “Elbaf’s giants as coerced enforcers at God Valley” — which stays contradicted by Harald’s on-page refusal to participate (Ch. 1159). No refuter fully fired (refuter #3’s Nobles’-hunt driver continues to coexist with the Rocks-purge rather than replace it; the core purge-on-Rocks is confirmed). Ch. 1191 pp.5-6 gives the single best piece of evidence this note has ever had for its core half, and it comes from the top of the regime in its own voice. Mid-fight, wheezing, Imu addresses Gaban as “Crew of the King of the Pirates…” and says: “I failed to foresee what would become… of those mere children at God Valley… I should have eliminated all of it… along with Rocks… on that day years ago!!” Three things follow directly. (a) God Valley is framed by Imu as its own operation, not a Celestial-Dragon festival that Rocks happened to crash — which is precisely the “WG-orchestrated purge” weld this note predicted and which the flashback showed only from the executors’ side. (b) Rocks was a target of that operation (“along with Rocks”), confirming the kill-order half from the ordering party rather than from Harald’s report of it. (c) The purge is stated to have failed — the survivors (“those mere children”) are the Roger generation now standing in front of Imu, which retro-frames the entire present arc as the unfinished business of the God-Valley order.

Unchanged: the one clause that went the other way, “Elbaf’s giants as coerced enforcers at God Valley,” gets no rehabilitation here — Harald’s on-page refusal (Ch. 1159) still stands, and Imu’s confession notably assigns the failure to itself, not to a defecting enforcer. Ch. 1188 and Ch. 1189 have been re-read from the official VIZ release, replacing the TCB fan-scanlation the 2026-07-29 entry graded against. One citation in that entry has to be narrowed, and one genuinely new line deserves recording.

Narrowed — 1189 does not say what the 2026-07-29 entry credited it with. That entry wrote that “Ch. 1189 confirms Rocks’s true ambition was ‘King of the World,’ a real hidden seat above the World Government (Shanks, pp. 8-10).” VIZ p. 10 (not pp. 8-10) has Shanks say something narrower and about someone else: “The man who manipulated Harald… …WAS THE KING OF THE WORLD!!!” Shanks is naming the culprit behind Harald, not describing Rocks. What 1189 actually supplies this note is the existence and supremacy of the seat — a hidden sovereign above the World Government, with an elder giant objecting “The entire concept of the World Government is that there is no one king who—” and someone asking “If there’s a King of the World, then what are the Five Elders for…?” (p. 12). Rocks’s ambition for that seat is established elsewhere and is not in evidence here — it rests on Ch. 957, Ch. 1155, Ch. 1164 and Ch. 1166, all untouched by this reconcile. The corroboration survives; it is just one step weaker and correctly sourced.

New, and adjacent to this note’s open gap — but not settling it. The corrected p. 10 states that the King of the World manipulated Harald. That is the WG apex reaching into Elbaf’s crown directly, which rhymes with this note’s unpaid clause — “Elbaf’s giants as coerced enforcers” — and it is the first on-page suggestion that Harald was maneuvered rather than merely petitioned. I am not crediting it: the line concerns the campaign against Harald that Loki is demanding revenge for, and Shanks dates the WG’s Elbaf motive to “The government was trying to take control of Elbaph!!” as “preparation…for a war!!!” (p. 9) — a later operation, not God Valley. The prediction’s clause is specifically about giants enforcing the kill-order at God Valley, and there Harald’s on-page refusal (Ch. 1159) still stands uncontradicted. Adjacent, not settling; logged so a future pass can pick the thread up if the two operations are ever welded on-page.

Neutral here: the biggest 1189 correction — that nobody has ever reached the King of the World (“If it were that simple… …someone else would have done it already!!!”, p. 10; Loki: “I never did find my way to him!!!”, p. 11), the exact inverse of TCB’s “someone managed it once” — bears on the endgame, not on God Valley’s mechanism. No effect either way.

Refuter sweep, re-run against the corrected record through Ch. 1192: none fired. #1 (“Elbaf’s own initiative”) stays weakened, now doubly — Imu owns the operation in the first person Ch. 1191, and the King of the World is named as the hand behind Harald @1189. #2 (“Galleila, not a fruit”) remains dead (both paid @1166/1169/1175). #3 (“God Valley is the Nobles’ hunt”) continues to coexist with the Rocks-purge rather than replace it. The note stays partial on the enforcer-mechanism gap alone, exactly as before; the 2026-09-07 bump to 0.71 rested on Ch. 1191, which this reconcile does not touch.

• Ch. 1157 — The World Government orders Elbaf to kill Rocks as the price of joining its ranks.

What would refute this

• Elbaf’s own initiative. The giants moved against Rocks out of warrior honour / anti-Rocks grievance, not a WG order; Ch. 1157’s “ordered” line is one faction’s framing, not the mechanism of God Valley.
• Galleila, not a fruit. Rocks’s Elbaf target was only the frozen giants; the “Harald-only fruit” belongs to the separate Loki royal-line thread and never touches God Valley.
• God Valley is the Noble hunt. The Incident’s real driver stays the World Nobles’ human-hunting festival (established canon), with the Elbaf kill-contract a red herring that resolves elsewhere.
