Long Ring Long Land (Ch. 318) — Davy Back Fight concluded

• Loses the Davy Back Fight. Knocked out of the Combat ring into the sea by Luffy (“BOSS WENT FLYING!!”), ending his “legendary record of 920 consecutive wins” (pp. 2–6).
• Forced to forfeit the crew’s Jolly Roger when Luffy takes the flag instead of a crew member (p. 11); reacts with outrage (“You have no scruples about snatching away the symbol of pirate pride?!”). Luffy then draws the crew a crude replacement flag so they can still sail (pp. 12–13).
• Departs vowing revenge (“We’ll… remember… this!!”, p. 14) — leaves the door open for his recurring-antagonist return.

Long Ring Long Land — Combat (Round 3) conclusion (Ch. 317)

• Loses the Combat round and the whole Davy Back Fight by KO — ending his 920-match undefeated streak (set up Ch. 313) (pp. 21–22).
• Fights with his power named on-page only as the technique — the “Slow-Slow Beam” and “Slow-Slow Beam Sword” (pp. 6–8), plus a cannonball-riding super-attack “Foxy Fighter!!” (p. 8) and a “Megaton Nine-Tail Rush!!” (p. 13). (The Noro Noro no Mi itself is NOT re-named this chapter — only the attacks; the fruit-name reference holds from Ch. 309.)
• Repeatedly freezes the slowed Luffy and beats him down “time and again,” but the crowd turns on him for cheering Luffy (“How dare you cheer for my opponent!!”, p. 6).
• Undone by his own beam (Chekhov payoff): Luffy reflects the Slow-Slow Beam off a mirror hidden in his afro (the mirror Foxy himself planted as a “gift” Ch. 316) back onto Foxy, slowing the captain himself (pp. 16–18) — confirming the beam reflects off mirrors and will slow whoever it strikes, including the user. Long Ring Long Land — Davy Back Fight, Round 3 Combat (Ch. 316)

• Fights Luffy one-on-one below deck on the Sexy Foxy. Deploys his Noro Noro no Mi Slow-Slow Beam (Slowpoke photons; ~30-sec slow) across a mirror-lined chamber.
• NEW fruit mechanic — the Slowpoke photons reflect off mirrors (pp. 5–7): “Slowpoke photons reflect off mirrors!!” He bounces the beam with a “Mirror Racket” (p. 7) to tag Luffy from behind — a reflection property not seen in 0309–0315. The slowed blows “gradually build up, and then explode” (p. 2; consistent with the Ch. 309 “speed returns as if nothing happened” rule).
• Below-deck combat kit: the “Gorilla Puncher #13” wall of gorilla-headed boxing fists (which also burn, and “can even punch out Neptunian sea monsters,” p. 6; the gorilla head is a running gag); the “Slowpoke Ball Demon Coach” (p. 7); and a new “Slow-Slow Beam Sword” (p. 16) that beams the opponent’s arms and legs to immobilize them while leaving the rest mobile.
• “Megaton Nine-Tails Rush” (pp. 16, 18) — a heavier variant of the “Nine-Tails Rush” combo that debuted @ Ch. 315 — pummels the slowed Luffy. (Fox / nine-tails kitsune motif, consistent with his etymology.)
• Despite all this, Luffy keeps rising (cliffhanger p. 19); Round 3 still unresolved at chapter end.

Long Ring Long Land — Combat (Round 3) (Ch. 315)

• The Combat round continues: faces Luffy fought across and then inside his own ship the Sexy Foxy — the cannon-shot field encloses the whole vessel, so deck + interior are both legal battlefield (pp. 2, 11–12).
• Opens by detonating his “Face Bombs” aboard the ship, ruled a legal “cannon attack” meant to blow Luffy outside the perimeter (p. 2). Luffy survives point-blank.
• Fights entirely by interference, stacking his Noro Noro no Mi Slow-Slow Beam (pp. 5, 7, 18) with rigged traps: a cardboard-cutout decoy (p. 6), a baited trap door (p. 9), a treadmill-floored hall that forces Luffy backward toward the sea (p. 10), a spike room (p. 13), and the gun-deck cannons (pp. 13–14). “He gives his opponent no time to breathe” (p. 4).
• New named attack debut — “Nine-Tails Rush!!” (p. 18): slows Luffy with the beam, then lands a rapid multi-hit flurry during the freeze window. (The nine-tailed-fox / kitsune motif of his name made literal.)
• “Foxy Face Transformation” disguise gag (p. 15): poses as the buxom woman in the ship’s infirmary (“Oh my — do you feel ill? ♡”), then as the cook in the kitchen (“May I help you?”), baiting Luffy with his own face.
• “Fox Trap Counter-Attack” when Luffy is fooled (p. 16).
• Ends the chapter gloating over a sealed, rattling door he deliberately herded Luffy toward — “Don’t think I lured you in here for nothing… My attacks will hit you soon, but before that — what’s behind the door? …It’s not something living… that would be against the rules” (p. 19). Cliffhanger.
• The “unrevealed trump card” inference (logged @0305 when his bounty was a low 24M) is now fully cashed out across the Combat round: his entire fighting style is Slow-Slow-Beam-plus-interference, not raw combat.

Long Ring Long Land — Combat (Round 3) (Ch. 314)

• Fights Luffy one-on-one across the decks of his own ship, the Sexy Foxy (the Round-3 battlefield; whole ship in play, no time limit, pp. 6–7).
• Full slow-beam exposition: can aim the beam into a tight window directly in front of his glove, slowing ONLY the slice of space Luffy’s fist passes through — neutralizing punches at the moment of impact while Foxy himself stays fast and mobile (“I only slowed down the space right in front of your glove,” pp. 8–9).
• A slow-beamed target keeps its momentum but moves in slow-motion for ~30 seconds; Foxy uses the window to deliver a free “30-second beating” to a helpless slowed Luffy (pp. 11–13).
• Slow-beams the entire Gum-Gum Rush Gatling volley and stands inside it un-flinching, counting “three… two… one…” as the slowed punches land with no force (pp. 11–13).
• Can ride / redirect his own slowed cannonballs (pp. 15–16) and slow Luffy’s stretched limbs mid-flight (p. 14).
• Rigged finisher: pre-slows a salvo of cannonballs AND his collectible-pin-shaped “Foxy Face Bombs” (confirmed real purchased bombs, p. 18) so they all converge on Luffy at the 30-second mark for a guaranteed simultaneous detonation — “Bingo!! Every bomb was a direct hit!!” (pp. 16–19). Apparent overwhelming victory at the cliffhanger.
• Notes he reinforced his boxing gloves so his slight frame’s punches do real damage (p. 18); declares “I’m the real Foxy!!” (p. 18).
• Resolves the 24M-bounty-vs-920-win-streak gap (seeded @0305/0313): the slow-beam lets a low-bounty trickster shut down a 100M Devil-Fruit powerhouse. Long Ring Long Land — Combat (Round 3) (Ch. 313)

• As the Round-2 (Groggy Ring) loser, weeps but immediately declares Round 3: Combat — a one-on-one captain’s duel (pp. 10–11): “winning against me is IMPOSSIBLE!!”
• Introduces a harsher final-round stake: any crew member won in the final match can never be reclaimed (p. 10) — stricter than the earlier articles allowing reclamation via another Davy Back Fight.
• Origin/scale revealed on-page (p. 18): leader of a small group of pirates who hails from the East Blue, and is undefeated across 920 consecutive matches (“the man who never turns down a fight,” “the man who wins every game”).
• The “by chance” cannon-spin lands the combat field right beside his own ship the Sexy Foxy; Robin/Zoro flag it as rigged (“That wasn’t ‘by chance,’ idiot!”, pp. 12–13) — the “genius of interference” tilting a supposedly-random mechanic.

Long Ring Long Land — Groggy Ring “Rough Game” (Ch. 311)

• His “Groggy Monsters” (Hamburg, Big Pan, Pickles, and a slippery fish-man) dominate Round 2 of the Davy Back Fight, aided by a corrupt referee, chasing the “second victory” that would let Foxy conscript a second Straw Hat (pp. 2–15).
• (Foxy’s Noro Noro no Mi was already named on-page @0309; it is not re-shown this chapter — the round runs on his crew + the bought referee, not his power.)

Long Ring Long Land — Donut Race (Ch. 306)

• Addressed as “Boss.” Vain and easily wounded (“Boss is sensitive!!” — p. 11; he sulks when Luffy calls him “Pinhead”).
• Grows his crew exclusively through the Davy Back Fight — the entire former officer corps of the Fang Frog Pirates now serve him after losing five three-coin games (p. 7).
• Fires the starting signal alongside Luffy (p. 9), formally opening the three-game contest.
• No Devil Fruit shown or named in this chapter.

Long Ring Long Land — Donut Race (Ch. 307)

• Makes his grand entrance at the chapter’s cliffhanger (p. 19): a four-footed “dash freak” silhouette + an extreme close-up scheming grin (“the face of someone who’s just thought of something evil”). His own crew worships him (“BOSS!!”); he stands atop Hamburg.
• Re-styled in caption as “the genius of interference, infamous for obstructing fair play” — frames his Davy Back Fight gamesmanship as cheating-by-design.
• Closes the chapter with the line “I’ve just thought up… something evil.”

• Runs the race from shore by interference/deception only — his promised “something evil” from 0307 cashes out as a trickery suite, NOT a power: Smoke Screen (“And his devilish interference!!”, p. 7), White-Out Blitz / “Coral Blind” to blind the racers in the reef (p. 7), Bogus Sign Blitz (a fake “DONUT RACE → GO RIGHT” course-marker, p. 12), and repeated Bogus Goal Blitz fake finish-lines (pp. 13–14). All are seen through by the Straw Hats (and even his own crew mock the failures, p. 14).

Long Ring Long Land — Donut Race result + Groggy Ring (Ch. 309)

• WINS Round 1 (Donut Race) by firing his “Slow-Slow Beam!!” at the finish line, slowing the Straw Hats’ boat so the Cutie Wagon overtakes it (pp. 4–5). The @0307 “something evil” he’d “just thought up” was this finish-line ambush.
• Devil Fruit NAMED on-page (p. 6): “I ate the Slow-Slow Fruit, so now I can emit these photons from my body… I became a slowpoke human!!” — the Noro Noro no Mi. He emits “Slowpoke Photons” (an “as-yet undiscovered particle”); the beam makes anything it touches (living creature, liquid, or gas) lose velocity for ~30 seconds, then “speed returns to normal as if nothing happened” (pp. 6–7). Notes

• Etymology (resolved): フォクシー = English “foxy”; epithet “Silver Fox” (銀ギツネ). The fox is the universal trickster/cunning archetype — in Japanese folklore the shapeshifting kitsune deceiver. Oda casts the rigged-game cheat-villain as a literal fox; his @0307 re-caption “the genius of interference, infamous for obstructing fair play” is the fox-motif paying off as gamesmanship. (One Piece Wiki Trivia confirms the kitsune/cunning reference.)
• The 0308 interference suite confirms the “genius of interference” epithet is literal gamesmanship (the fox-trickster motif paying off as cheating-by-design) before any Devil-Fruit reveal.
• The kitsune/nine-tails fox motif documented in Foxy’s etymology pays off mechanically Ch. 316 in the “Megaton Nine-Tails Rush” and the fox-faced ship/contraptions.

SBS reveals
