• In the Foxy-side crowd during the Combat round (background, no combat role). (pp. 5, 19)

Long Ring Long Land — Groggy Ring climax (Ch. 312)

• Fights as one of the Foxy team’s “Groggy Monsters” alongside Big Pan and Pickles (pp. 2–6) — the three execute the three-step “Monster Burger” finisher.
• Tasked with the final “mince” step of the combo; the Groggy Monsters are scattered when Sanji turns Big Pan into Pickles’ swords (p. 13), and the Straw Hats score the goal (pp. 16–19) — Round 2 lost.

Long Ring Long Land — Groggy Ring “Rough Game” (Ch. 311)

• Revealed as the leader of the “Groggy Monsters,” the Foxy Pirates’ Groggy Ring squad (captions, pp. 2, 13).
• Named in the opening recap as having just been “walloped” by the Straw Hats (p. 2), but rallies his team to dominate the match.
• Signature move: “Punk Spike” — fires the steel cuffs on his elbows “like an arrow shot” at the Straw Hat ball-man (p. 10).
• Anchors the team’s combo “size attack” (Small → Medium → Large), knocking the ball-men around the ring (pp. 13–14: “Leader Hamburg knocks him back!!”).

Long Ring Long Land — Donut Race (Ch. 306)

• A large officer-tier crewman who laughs alongside the captain and helps explain the Davy Back Fight rules (named on p. 8, “Don’t laugh, Hamburg!!”; also p. 11).

Long Ring Long Land — Donut Race (Ch. 307)

• Coaches/strategizes the Cutie Wagon alongside Foxy during the Donut Race. Foxy addresses him directly (“Do you think this race will last even five minutes, Hamburg?”, p. 4); he encourages the rowers (“Well… let’s show ‘em what we’ve got, Hamburg!!”, p. 12).
• At the cliffhanger, Foxy stands atop him for his grand entrance (p. 19).

Long Ring Long Land — Donut Race (Ch. 308)

• Continues coaching the Cutie Wagon from Foxy’s side during the race finale (background, pp. 2–4, 18).

Long Ring Long Land — Groggy Ring (Ch. 309)

• Leads the “Groggy Monsters” onto the field as the Foxy Pirates’ Round 2 squad — re-captioned “the four-footed dash freak” (p. 18, the same epithet @0307 attached to Foxy’s entrance; here applied to Hamburg). Teamed with Pickles and Big Pan for the Groggy Ring.
• Earlier in the chapter Foxy addresses him while explaining the Noro Noro no Mi (“Hamburg!!”, p. 6).

Long Ring Long Land — Groggy Ring (Ch. 310)

• Plays in Foxy’s Round-2 squad, the “Groggy Monsters” (with Pickles and the fish-giant Big Pan) against Zoro and Sanji.
• Acts as the team’s aerial catcher: snatches ball-man Sanji out of midair and carries him into Straw Hat territory toward the goal (pp. 14, 16–17) for an attempted “Hamburger Dunk” (p. 17).
• The dunk is denied when Zoro and Sanji break up the play themselves (pp. 18–20).

Notes

• Etymology (resolved): ハンバーグ = the Japanese dish hambāgu (hamburg/Salisbury steak — a ground-meat patty), not the German city. Fits the Foxy crew’s food-name register; his Groggy Monsters teammates are also food-named (Pickles, Big Pan). (One Piece Wiki Trivia.) The Wiki also notes his cheating-sidekick characterization echoes Muttley (Dick Dastardly’s dog in Wacky Races) — appropriate to a crew whose whole game is rigged.
