Summary

Near the Flower Capital, Marine Admiral Ryokugyu (“Green Bull”) rampages with a plant body that regenerates when cut and shrugs off fire, demanding the Wano forces hand over Straw Hat Luffy so he can take Luffy’s head to the Navy. Raizo and the samurai cannot stop him, and Yamato is restrained from striking him. Meanwhile, beneath the palace in Kozuki Sukiyaki’s secret chamber, the living former shogun Kozuki Sukiyaki leads Nico Robin and Trafalgar Law to a glass viewport on the seafloor, revealing that Wano was a different country ~800 years ago — flooded, abandoned, then walled-off and rebuilt on the side of its great Fuji mountain as the Wano of today. The chamber holds the third Road Poneglyph Robin needs (“one more, and we’ll be able to get to Laugh Tale”), and deep below it rests the Ancient Weapon Pluton — so “opening the borders” means tearing down Wano’s protective walls and unleashing the weapon onto the world. Momonosuke, now commanding his adult dragon body, manifests Kaido-like flame power and drives Green Bull back, refusing to rely on the departing pirates. As Green Bull threatens to skewer him, a wave of Supreme King Haki rolls in: Shanks and the Red Hair Pirates are offshore. Shanks taunts the admiral — “Are you that afraid of the new era?!” — and Green Bull retreats. The Red Force sails away without landing; Luffy, recovering in the capital, senses it and grins: “It made me think of a familiar face.”
