- All FOUR embedded CP9 agents are named together and exposed as the Galley-La 'shipwrights' the crew worked alongside: KAKU, LUCCI (the man with the pigeon, 'square-nose guy'), BLUENO, and KALIFA (pp. 4-5). The night-assassin org is confirmed to have been hiding in plain sight inside Galley-La and at Blueno's bar.
- The chapter title concept SIX POWERS (Rokushiki) is named and defined on-page for the first time: 'a martial art which, at the culmination of training, makes the human body equal to a weapon... a master of this art is as strong as 100 men' (p. 9). First on-page naming/definition of Rokushiki.
- Three named Rokushiki techniques debut on-page, all used by Lucci: FINGER PISTOL (Shigan) — a jabbing fingertip strike that punches through flesh ('if you were normal, you'd have a hole in your neck') (pp. 7, 12); IRON BODY (Tekkai) — body-hardening that no-sells Luffy's Gum-Gum Gatling ('it's not affecting him at all!!') (p. 11); SHAVE (Soru) — a burst of super-speed movement that makes Lucci appear to vanish ('he disappeared!!') (p. 12).
- Robin openly declares she has LEFT the Straw Hats of her own stated will and sides with CP9: 'I told the cook and the ship's doctor I'm leaving' (p. 15); when pressed why, she answers 'To make my wish come true!!! If I stay with you people... this wish will never be fulfilled!!! To accomplish my goal... I'll make any sacrifice!!' (pp. 15-16). She does NOT explain the wish/goal.
- Robin's stated motive introduces an unnamed 'wish' / 'goal' worth 'any sacrifice' — and Zoro frames the stakes: 'You'd go so far as to frame your friends for murder?' (p. 16). The crew refuses to accept her defection at face value ('She's not sane!!', 'Robin, what's happened to you?!').
- CP9 announce they will BURN Iceberg's mansion to the ground in two minutes ('this mansion will go up in a ball of flames... fire is such an effective method for erasing all sorts of evidence', p. 18) and that they 'must find' a person 'of some importance' right now (p. 18) — setting up the off-panel hunt for the blueprint-holder (the Tom/Franky thread; person not named on-page this chapter).
- Lucci nearly executes Luffy: he catches Luffy by the neck and states 'You'd have died instantly, Rubber Man. If you were normal, you'd have a hole in your neck' (p. 13) — establishing Lucci as a lethal threat against whom Luffy's rubber body and Gear-less Gatling are presently useless.

Summary
Luffy smashes into Iceberg’s burning, half-wrecked mansion (“I FINALLY FOUND YOU!! ROBIN!!”) and is dumbfounded to find Nico Robin standing calmly among four people in CP9 cloaks — and even more dumbfounded that those four are the Galley-La “shipwrights” he and the crew had befriended: Kaku, Lucci (“the guy with the pigeon”), Blueno the bartender, and Kalifa (pp. 2–5). Paulie, foreman of Dock One, lies bloodied on the floor, betrayed; he refuses to believe his comrades work for the World Government — until Lucci answers in a voice Paulie recognizes (the man “with the bull mask” was Lucci all along) and attacks. When Paulie charges with his Pipe Hitch Knives, Lucci counters with Finger Pistol (“Shigan”) and reveals the source of CP9’s superhuman power: the Six Powers (Rokushiki) — “a martial art which, at the culmination of training, makes the human body equal to a weapon… a master is as strong as 100 men” (pp. 7–9). Lucci coldly notes Paulie “was going to be eliminated anyway.” Enraged, Luffy attacks with Gum-Gum Gatling, but Lucci hardens with Iron Body (Tekkai) and shrugs off the entire barrage (“it’s not affecting him at all!!”), then uses Shave (Soru) to blink across the room and drive a Finger Pistol into Luffy — catching him by the neck and telling him, “You’d have died instantly, Rubber Man. If you were normal, you’d have a hole in your neck.” Luffy survives only because he’s rubber (pp. 11–13). Recovering, Luffy turns on Robin: “You built ships together, didn’t you?! So you’re really a traitor?!” and demands she explain why she’s with these government people. Robin answers flatly that she told the cook and doctor she was leaving, and that she sided with CP9 to “make my wish come true” — “if I stay with you people, this wish will never be fulfilled… to accomplish my goal, I’ll make any sacrifice!!” (pp. 14–16). The crew (Zoro, Nami, Sanji, Chopper now arriving) recoils — “She’s not sane!!”, “You’d go so far as to frame your friends for murder?” (Zoro). Iceberg snaps “Don’t get in my way!!” at Robin and is silenced (a “WHAK!”). CP9 then announce the operation’s end-state: they have “no more business in this mansion” and “no more use for” the captives, the building “will go up in a ball of flames” in two minutes (“fire is such an effective method for erasing all sorts of evidence”), and they must immediately “find” a “person of some importance” elsewhere (p. 18). The four agents form a wall between the Straw Hats and the exit — “get by us… assuming you can” — and the chapter ends with Luffy roaring “I DON’T BUY IT!!!”, Robin standing visibly on CP9’s side, and Zoro grimly concluding “looks like they plan to get rid of us” as the crew braces to fight all four agents inside the doomed, soon-to-burn mansion (pp. 19–20). New reveals
- All four embedded CP9 agents are named and exposed at once. The cloaked figures around Robin are revealed to be the Galley-La crew the Straw Hats befriended: “KAKU!! LUCCI!!”, “BLUENO!!”, “HEY! KALIFA!!”, with the crew recognizing “the guy with the pigeon” (Lucci) and the “square-nose guy” (Kaku), and exclaiming “they’re the shipwrights who were with you!!” (pp. 4–5). First chapter where Blueno and Kalifa are named as CP9 on-page (Lucci & Kaku were named in Ch. 343).
[[Crews/CP9]] - “SIX POWERS” (Rokushiki) is named and defined on-page for the first time. Lucci: “Six Powers. A master of this art is as strong as 100 men… a martial art which, at the culmination of training, makes the human body equal to a weapon… we’re trained in an art that goes beyond anything you can imagine” (p. 9). This is the on-page debut of the Rokushiki concept.
[[World-Building/Six Powers (Rokushiki)]] - Three named Rokushiki techniques debut, all wielded by Lucci:
- Finger Pistol / “Shigan” — a thrusting fingertip strike that pierces like a bullet; “if you were normal, you’d have a hole in your neck” (pp. 7, 12–13).
- Iron Body / “Tekkai” — full-body hardening; Luffy’s Gum-Gum Gatling lands repeatedly with no effect (“Huh?! It’s not affecting him at all!!”, p. 11).
- Shave / “Soru” — a super-speed dash that makes Lucci appear to teleport (“He disappeared!!”, p. 12).
- Robin declares she has left the Straw Hats. “I told the cook and the ship’s doctor I’m leaving. Didn’t they tell you?” (p. 15). She frames it as her own choice to side with the World Government.
- Robin’s motive: an unnamed “wish”/“goal” worth “any sacrifice.” “To make my wish come true!!! If I stay with you people… this wish will never be fulfilled!!! To accomplish my goal… I’ll make any sacrifice!!” (pp. 15–16). The content of the wish/goal is not disclosed — a deliberate withhold. (Inference: ties to Robin’s Ohara past and the coercion shown in Ch. 343; on-page she presents it as voluntary defection, which the crew refuses to believe.)
- Lucci had a kill-grip on Luffy. Lucci catches Luffy by the throat after the Finger Pistol: “You’d have died instantly, Rubber Man. If you were normal, you’d have a hole in your neck” (p. 13). Establishes Lucci as presently far above Luffy’s level.
- CP9 will torch the mansion to destroy evidence — in two minutes. “This mansion will go up in a ball of flames… fire is such an effective method for erasing all sorts of evidence” (p. 18). Kalifa is asked “how long do we have left?” (“two minutes”).
- CP9 still need to “find a person of some importance” right now (p. 18) — an off-panel target the chapter does not name. (Inference toward the blueprint-holder / Tom’s-shipwright thread that the chase will pursue; the person is unnamed here, and no Sea Train, Rocketman, Spandam, Tom, or Franky appears on-page this chapter.)

Open questions raised
- What is Robin’s “wish”/“goal” worth “any sacrifice”? Stated but never disclosed (pp. 15–16). The crew flatly disbelieves her voluntary-defection story.
- Who is the “person of some importance” CP9 must now find? Named only as a hurried next target (p. 18). (Inference toward the blueprint-holder of the shipwright lineage — not named on-page; no Sea Train/Rocketman/Spandam/Tom/Franky shown this chapter.)
- How do the Straw Hats survive a two-minute burn while fighting four Rokushiki masters? The chapter ends with the crew walled in and the clock running (pp. 18–20).
- Is Robin truly acting freely, or still coerced? She presents it as her choice; ch. 343 showed CP9 leverage over her. The mechanism of the hold is still unstated.
- How can Luffy possibly beat Lucci? Tekkai negates Gatling and Shigan nearly kills him (pp. 11–13) — the power gap is now explicit and unanswered.
