  • The Straw Hat–Law alliance lands on the coast of Dressrosa — a New World country billed as 'the Land of Love, Passion and Toys' whose port town is Acacia
  • Dressrosa has living, breathing toys that openly coexist with human citizens (a toy soldier, a toy chasing a dog that ran off with its torn-off arm, toys riding carriages)
  • Dressrosa keeps living 'legends of fairies'; a dog named Mario runs off with a toy's torn-off cotton arm while the toy chases it
  • Law gives Nami a Vivre Card pointing to Zou, the rendezvous island, 'if anything happens to us'
  • The alliance's plan: cross Dressrosa, take the long bridge north to Greenbit to deliver Caesar; the crew splits into a Caesar Delivery team, a Thousand Sunny Guard team, and a Factory Destruction & Samurai Rescue team
  • Momonosuke (in dragon form) is afraid of heights and refuses to fly onto the island; he is eight years old and aspires to become Shogun of Wano
  • Kin'emon's clothing-transformation power can disguise the crew to pass unnoticed
  • Dressrosa's underworld answers to 'the Don Quixote name'; the island's king (Doflamingo) abandoned his throne that very morning, yet the city is suspiciously calm
  • A masked man defends a blind gambler from cheating thugs and obliterates them with a single hole-punching blow

Summary

The Straw Hat–Heart Pirate alliance reaches the coast of Dressrosa (p. 2). Momonosuke, in dragon form, panics at the height and refuses to carry anyone onto the island, bickering with Luffy — he reveals he is only eight and means to become Shogun of Wano (pp. 3–5). After Kin’emon offers to disguise everyone with his clothing power and Law hands Nami a Vivre Card pointing to the rendezvous island Zou, the alliance reviews Kin’emon’s map and splits into three teams: a Caesar Delivery team bound across the long bridge to Greenbit, a Thousand Sunny Guard team, and a Factory Destruction & Samurai Rescue team (pp. 6–8). Entering Dressrosa proper — “the Land of Love, Passion and Toys,” port town Acacia — the foragers marvel at fields of flowers, gourmet cooking, passionate dances, and living, breathing toys that walk among the citizens (pp. 8–12). Over lunch the strike team notes how oddly orderly the city is despite its king abandoning the throne that morning (pp. 13–14). At a casino, a band of thugs “a disgrace to the Don Quixote name” cheat a blind gambler at roulette; a masked stranger calls the wheel honestly, then, when the thugs threaten him, sends them “to hell” with a single colossal blow that blasts a crater through the floor (pp. 15–19). The volume’s SBS column closes the issue (p. 20).

(None resolved on-page this chapter. The “king abandoned his throne” is a continuation of Doflamingo’s broadcast abdication from Ch. 699, not a payoff.)
