Summary
The Sea Train Puffing Tom departs Blue Station for Enies Lobby just as Nami, Usopp/Sogeking, Chopper, and Paulie race to stop it — they arrive seconds too late, and Robin (recalling her confession that being made to live was the crew’s “crime”) is carried off. Nami demands Paulie find them a strong ship, but the approaching Aqua Laguna is far worse than a normal year: the waves rip the cast-iron timetable post out of the station floor and nearly drag the group out to sea, until the Yagara Bull pulls them clear. They discover a letter Sanji left at the station: he confirmed Robin’s 11 PM train and boarded it himself, carrying a baby Den Den Mushi to contact them. The group realizes Sanji is already on the train with Robin and resolves to reach Enies Lobby no matter what. Aboard the train, Sanji begins his infiltration, opening with a “Collier Coup” kick that floors the agents guarding the cars.
New reveals
- Sanji is aboard the same Sea Train as Robin, having deduced where Nico Robin was going and boarded the 11 PM departure to follow her (pp. 16–17).
- Sanji left a letter for Nami at Blue Station — half a “pointless love letter,” then the real intel: Robin on the 11 PM train, Sanji boarding too, carrying a baby Den Den Mushi to contact the crew (pp. 16–17).
- This year’s Aqua Laguna is unprecedentedly violent — “This sort of thing has never happened before, not once” — the waves are as fast as last year’s high tide and rip the bolted-down timetable post out of the floor (pp. 14–15).
- A Sea Train normally passes outside the storm-affected waters just before the high tide starts and can ride out even the biggest waves “as long as it doesn’t take a direct hit” (p. 15).
- Sanji opens combat on the train with “Collier Coup” (collier = French “neck/collar”), a neck-level kick (p. 19).

Open questions raised
- Can the straw-hat group on Water Seven reach Enies Lobby if no ship can survive this Aqua Laguna?
- Will Sanji’s baby Den Den Mushi reach Nami before the train arrives?
- Who exactly is aboard the Sea Train with Robin (Lucci is shown boarding; CP9 escort implied)?
