- Unleashes the fully-charged King Punch to obliterate the falling stone debris from Pica’s shattered colossus and save the citizens below (pp. 18–19); fumes at being used as “a glorified stone-sweeper.” See Elizabello II King Punch One-Shot Superweapon.
Dressrosa — aiding Zoro against Pica (Ch. 771)
- Offers Zoro aid against Pica (“Shall I aid you, pirate hunter?!”); names himself and calls Dressrosa “the land of my friend” King Riku (p. 4). Restates the King Punch as his “treasured heirloom, an attack that only happens once an hour”; agrees to save it when Zoro claims Pica. See Elizabello II King Punch One-Shot Superweapon.
Dressrosa — the gladiator rally; a half-charged King Punch (Ch. 748)
- As King of Prodence, declares Prodence owes King Riku a great debt and that he will strike Doflamingo down; throws a half-charged “King Punch” at Pica — “Here’s a light edition!! I ain’t fully recharged yet, but…” (pp.10, 16). See Elizabello II King Punch One-Shot Superweapon.
Dressrosa — the undercity (Ch. 726) — King of Prodence
- Identified as the King of Prodence, present in the undercity; recalls the great debt Prodence owed Dressrosa and rails that the regional “balance of power… has been lost!! It’s been nonstop war and suffering ever since we lost you,” blaming Doflamingo/Joker’s arms trade (pp. 6–8).
Dressrosa — trapped underground (Ch. 725)
- Among the dumped fighters; declares “Doflamingo tricked us!! This is an act of war!!” and that even his “King Punch won’t break these walls” of solid earth (pp. 16–17).

- At last unleashes his once-per-battle King Punch (pp. 11–13) after the legend (“punched an enemy fortress into rubble,” p. 9) is recalled; the blow levels the entire ring (PUUUNCH!!! → CRACK/BOOM/CRASH).
- The punch is neutralized: Bartolomeo’s invisible barrier blocks it (pp. 15–16), and Elizabello II is then defeated by Barrier Crush — “Elizabello II is down for the count!!!” (p. 17). Payoff of Elizabello II King Punch One-Shot Superweapon.

- Splash reveal (p. 4): “King of Prodence, the Fighting King — Elizabello II.” A bare-chested heavyweight with boxing wraps; competes in Block B under Dagama’s protection.
- Signature “King Punch”: a single blow “devastating enough to sink one of the Four Emperors,” requiring a full hour of concentration/warm-up and usable only once per battle — his treasured heirloom; its timing “will decide this battle” (pp. 3–5). See Elizabello II King Punch One-Shot Superweapon.
