Summary
The Dressrosa operation fractures into parallel fronts. Outside the locked-down Corrida Coliseum the Zoro–Kin’emon group can’t reach Luffy, Sanji hands off a Den Den Mushi and a map to the “house of toys” holding Kanjuro, and a caged Straw-Hat superfan (Bartolomeo) weeps over “Mr. Zolo.” At the royal palace the Donquixote officer Gladius rages over Violet’s betrayal until Baby 5 talks him down. Northeast of the country, Sanji and Violet — who has fled Doflamingo and run off with him — scout the Navy’s three-thousand-strong fleet by way of her All-Seeing Eye. On the Thousand Sunny, Giolla (who stole the ship and is sailing it to Greenbit) has warped the crew into abstract “art” and gloats that Doflamingo never truly quit the Warlords — the resignation was a trap, and the alliance has already lost. On Greenbit, Law confronts Doflamingo and Admiral Fujitora: Doflamingo confirms he was once a Celestial Dragon, the heart Law had been holding over him is exposed as a fake (a sailor’s, not Doflamingo’s), and Law springs his gambit — drawing Doflamingo to the connecting bridge with Room. Doflamingo flies over to shred the Straw Hats instead, only for Sanji to crash in with a Diable Jambe kick. “Ahh… finally, a tough one.”
New reveals
- Gladius (page 5 caption: “Don Quixote Family / Pica Army ♠ / Gladius”) is introduced — an officer under Pica’s spade-suit army; he inflates and detonates parts of himself (BOOM) when enraged.
- Violet’s “All-Seeing Eye” has a 2,500-mile range and can borrow the sight of birds, letting her surveil all of Dressrosa from one spot (page 7).
- Doflamingo confirms he was a Celestial Dragon — “That’s right. I was one.” (page 10), personalizing the founding-royal-lineage reveal from the prior chapter.
- Doflamingo’s Warlord “resignation” was a staged trap — Giolla: “he never even quit the Warlords!! …You have fallen into our trap, you fools!!” (page 9).
- The heart twist: the heart Law had held over Doflamingo all day is exposed as a fake — “That was a sailor’s?!” — not Doflamingo’s; his real heart’s location is unknown (pages 11–12).
- Law’s bridge gambit: draw Doflamingo onto the Greenbit–Dressrosa bridge, shoot Caesar across to the Sunny, and fight Doflamingo there to give the ship time to escape (page 16 map).
- Sanji ends the chapter intercepting the airborne Doflamingo with a flaming Diable Jambe kick (pages 18–19).
- Fujitora ascertains the clouds/weather without sight, sensing Nami’s lightning at sea (page 11).

Open questions raised
- Where is Doflamingo’s real heart, if the heart Law brandished was a sailor’s?
- Can Sanji hold Doflamingo off long enough for the Sunny to escape the fighting-fish waters around Greenbit?
- With Violet’s “betrayal” exposing the alliance, which allies back in Dressrosa have already been captured?
