Summary

Cover-art (p. 1): Django’s Dance Paradise, Vol. 33: “Acquittal by Feeling the Beat!! Fullbody Demoted.” — Django earns an acquittal from a Marine tribunal by drumming, while Fullbody (the Baratie-arc lieutenant) is shown demoted and lashed in the dock. The Django cover-arc lands at the Marine-court resolution-phase.

In-story, a desert-dawn caption (p. 2) marks the chapter clock: “The sun sets, the sun rises… In one hour Baroque Works will launch… Operation Utopia.” Operation Utopia is named for the first time on-page, with a one-hour countdown. Below the captions, the Straw Hats + Vivi approach a desert oasis-city across the dunes: “That’s Rainbase!! I see it!! Finally!” — first on-page debut of Rainbase, the City of Dreams.

He sees the Marines pay for the water-barrels he was supposed to fetch (“How much do we owe?!”) — bolts back to the crew screaming “How should I know?! Just run!!” with Smoker and Tashigi in pursuit (“After them, Tashigi! Call for backup!!”, p. 8). First on-page Chopper-trips-the-Marine-encounter beat.

A multi-page chase through Rainbase’s plazas (pp. 9-11): “If we keep running around town like this, Baroque Works is sure to notice!!” Vivi pivots — “There! See the building with the crocodile on it? That’s Rain Dinners, Crocodile’s casino!” — first on-page naming and visual of Rainbase · Rain Dinners, a black-stepped pyramid casino topped with a giant crocodile-statue and set on an artificial lake (p. 17). Combat erupts in the streets (pp. 12-16):

The crew reaches Rain Dinners (pp. 17-19). Zoro arrives last (Smoker still pursuing); Vivi/Nami/Luffy/Usopp/Sanji rush the entrance under Vivi’s intel: “Look!! It’s the entrance to Rain Dinners!!
